Hey there, crafty crew — it’s Arsenia here, and I’ve got a splash of sneak peeks to share using some seriously adorable new goodies: the new Seashells stamp set, Seashell Wreath stamp set, and Shoreline Border Dies. I created two ocean-inspired cards, and guess what? No alcohol markers in sight! Yep, I’m showing you how to make a big, colorful impact without picking up a single coloring pen.

I kept things bold and bright using just four dye ink colors — proof that less can definitely be more. Let’s dive right into the fun!

For this beauty, I created a dreamy faux watercolor effect — and it was so fun! I used watercolor paper, spritzed my dye-inked stamp images with water, then let the transformation happen. A few brush strokes here, a second stamp there, and boom — a soft, flowy look perfect for seashells. I used both new Seashells stamp set and Seashell Wreath stamp set! Once everything was die cut, it was time to build the background.

Enter: the gorgeous new Layered Coral Stencil Set. I inked it up using the same bold color combo, then layered it up with Coastal cardstock for some extra pop. A touch of vellum, using the Wonky Rectangles Dies, helped tone it down so my seashells could shine. I used a sentiment from Friend Greeting stamp set with coordinating dies and for a sub sentiment I used the new Sentiment Strips: Summer Stamp Set with the Sentiment Strip Dies!  Add in some white gel pen highlights, a sprinkle of glittery “bubbles” (hello, Birthday Cake Pops and Party Flags Dies), and a little whimsical bow for good measure — ta-da! Ocean beauty!

Ready for another set?
This time, I heat embossed the seashells from the Seashells Stamp Set, on colorful cardstock and gave them a little faux watercolor treatment with matching dye inks and a blending pen — subtle, soft depth that looks so dreamy! I die cut everything with the coordinating dies, added some gel pen sparkle, and used the Shoreline Borders Dies to create a wave out of patterned paper. (There are four shoreline styles in the set — so many possibilities!)

For the background, I went with the new Layered Seashell stencils and framed everything with my beloved Wonky Stitched Rectangles. Add in a sweet sentiment from the new Seashells stamp set and more glittery bubbles, plus a shimmery silver bow, and this card was ready to ride the tide.

Both of these cards are all about bold color, playful texture, and just enough sparkle to make a splash. I hope these ideas inspire you to get creative with your stash — even without traditional coloring!

Get ready — you are going to fall in love with this release. Don’t forget to check out all the other inspiring projects from my crafty friends below!

I hope you’re as excited as I am about these new stamps as we are. The possibilities are endless! Stop by tomorrow as we reveal more new products.

Cheerful Hello Friend

It’s finally spring with lush green grass and colorful blooms. Emily Mydlowski here with you today sharing a bright and cheerful Hello Friend card using the Spring Floral Dies, Friend Greetings Stamp Set and Grass Border Die

To get started, I cut all the daffodils and tulips in white cardstock and colored each stem and flower using a blending brushes & sponge daubers with a selection pink, yellow, orange and green dye inks. Then I adhered all the stems and florals together using liquid adhesive.

I used the grass border die to cut the top half of a green cardstock A4 panel. I stamped the “Hello Friend” sentiment with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I love all the sentiments in the Friends Greetings Stamp set. The greetings are beautiful and sweet and perfect for everyday occasions and sending a sweet hello to a special friend.

I adhered the grass panel to a white card base making sure I only applied glue to the bottom half of the grass panel so I could place the daffodils and tulips into the grass.

I just love how happy this card turned out with the bright green grass and cheerful spring flowers! I hope you’re enjoying all the spring florals and warmer weather. Thanks for stopping by and Big Paper Hugs!

Wreath Easel Card

Hello, Gemma here today to share an circle easel card featuring the new Floral Wreath Builder die set.

I began by die cutting a folded card base with a circle die from my craft stash. Ensure the top of the die sits just above the fold when die cutting to create a circle card base. It will leave a slightly straight edge at the fold, but that will be covered up eventually. My circle card base is 3.75” in diameter.

I cut a second circle, the same size, from plain white card and ran it through the die cutting machine again with the Scallops Pierced Plate to add detail.

To create the easel card, open the circle card base and fold the top part in half inwards. Use a bone folder to get a good fold. Then add adhesive to the lower half of the front folded side and adhere the additional circle on top.

Next, I worked on the wreath. I die cut pieces from the Floral Wreath Builder from coloured card stock, adhering leaves and flowers on to the wreath until I was happy. I then adhered this to the circle card base.

For a sentiment on the front, I stamped and die cut one from the Friend Greeting stamp set, adhering it across the centre of the wreath.

As the easel card needs something to help the folded front stay upright, I stamped and die cut an additional greeting to adhere to the inside. I added several die cut layers behind to add height, which will help the card stand up properly.

There is space at the base of the card to write a personal message to the recipient.

I hope you were inspired by this card. Thanks for visiting!

Ink Distressed Hummingbirds

Hi, friends! Christina here to share a card showcasing many of the beautiful new products from the latest release. The Stitched Hummingbirds are the main attraction in this design, and I combined them with some gorgeous new florals, all ink blended in pretty tropical colors to create just a little bit of paradise on my card front. I also used two new must-have die sets, the Scallops Pierced Plate and the Notched Squares. These are some basic essential dies that you’ll definitely want in your stash!

Below you’ll find a supply list and then all the details about how I used those supplies to create this tropical-inspired card design showcasing some of the lovely things from the May release. Let’s get started!

Stitched Hummingbird Dies
Floral Wreath Builder Dies
Notched Squares Dies
Scallops Pierced Plate
Friend Greetings Stamp Set
Friend Greetings Coordinating Dies
Enchanted Garden Clay Confetti
Onyx Pearls

For this card, I started with die cutting all the elements for the hummingbirds and the florals from white cardstock. I used a combination of Distress Inks and Pawsitively Saturated Inks to color the die cuts, choosing two to three shades of each color so I could build up the color and add shading for dimension. I assembled the die cuts, securing them with glue, and set them aside while I worked on the background panel.

First, I die cut the scallops pierced plate from white cardstock and trimmed it to 4 x 5 ¼ inches before die cutting the second-largest notched square from the top half of the panel. I wanted some dimension to this panel, so I die cut it again to double it up before attaching it to an A2 mint green cardstock panel. In the notched square opening, I inlaid two notched square frames that I die cut from mint green cardstock and a notched square in the very center. I doubled up the largest notched square frame to be even with the background panel. To finish up the background panel, I masked just the pierced scallops area and then splattered the mint green notched squares with Spellbinders Onyx Silk.

With all the components done, my next step was to assemble the card front. I attached the florals around the notched squares with either glue or foam squares and then secured the hummingbirds with foam squares to the center. Next I heat embossed a greeting with white embossing powder on mint green cardstock and die cut it with the coordinating die before attaching it to my card front. For the finishing details, I added a few pink clay flowers and black pearls to the hummingbird’s eyes before attaching everything to an A2 card base.

Thanks so much for reading all about this tropical-inspired hummingbird card showcasing the May release from Pretty Pink Posh! See you again soon!

Lots of Love Hummingbirds

Hello everyone, June here! Today I’m sharing my process for a card I made using what I think is the absolute highlight of the May release: the Hummingbird Floral stamp set!

I wanted to create a very elegant looking card, so I colored everything in neutral colors. Just some white, warm grey, brown and of course green for the leaves. I also brought in the Spring Birdhouses stamp set to help with building a scene. Of course I had to pick the one with the leaves on it. I layered the flower clusters behind the birdhouse and I love how that turned out!

I didn’t want to put my scene on a busy background, so I used the Scallop Oval Dies to create a window for my birds. That way I could go all out on the background. I used the Leaves Stencil and Distress Oxide in the colors Shabby Shutters and Rustic Wilderness to create a tone-on-tone look. I also splattered some watered down Rustic Wilderness and white acrylic paint on my panel.

I felt like this design would work perfect for something like a wedding card, so I chose the ‘Lots of Love’ sentiment from the Valentine Greetings Stamp Set. I think it’s great how I’m still getting use out of this set after Valentine’s Day! I stamped it using grey ink so it matched the hummingbirds.

I’ll see you again soon, bye!

Spring Vase Shaker Card + Video

Hi, friends! Lauren Taylor here and I’m so excited to share a brand new handmade card with you today featuring the latest and greatest from Pretty Pink Posh!

Watch the video above  I  Watch the video in HD on YouTube

Get ready for a burst of spring with this delightful floral shaker card. I’ve been playing with so many gorgeous new products, including the innovative Vase Shaker Dies, the beautiful Spring Floral Dies, and the intricate Layered Blooming Vines Stencils. To add a touch of delicate detail, I also used the Scallops Pierced Plate. And of course, no card is complete without a heartfelt sentiment, which I pulled from the Friend Greetings stamp set and its coordinating dies.

To create this lovely card, I started by crafting a vibrant background using the Layered Blooming Vines Stencils and Distress Oxide inks in Cracked Pistachio and Lucky Clover for the leafy vines, blending from light to dark. For the second layer of the stencil, I brought in Spun Sugar and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides to create a colorful floral pattern. A touch of watercolor splatters added a bit of shimmer before I die-cut the panel with the Scallops Pierced Plate. Then came the fun part – die-cutting a variety of flowers and greenery from pastel cardstock using the Spring Floral and Vase Shaker Dies. To add depth and interest, I ink-blended Distress Oxides and splattered Distress Spritzes in coordinating colors onto each die-cut piece.

The shaker element truly brings this card to life! I die-cut the Vase Shaker from acetate and adhered the frame. After adding foam adhesive to create a well, I filled it with a charming mix of Enchanted Garden Mix and Enchanted Shaker Beads for delightful movement and sound. Because I felt the background was a bit busy with the floral arrangement, I die-cut a piece of vellum using the Stitched Torn Rectangle Dies and arranged all my die-cut flowers and greenery onto it, using the vase shape as a guide. This allowed me to create a soft layer over the background while still allowing the stenciled details to peek through.

Finally, I adhered the vellum with the floral arrangement to the stenciled background and then attached the shaker vase over it. I added the sweet “You’re My Favorite” sentiment onto the vase and embellished the card with adorable little bees from the Bee Friends Stamp Set and coordinating dies, popped up on foam adhesive for dimension.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy crafting!

Wreath Shaker Card + Video

Hi Crafty Friends! Carly here and you might know that I love shakers! I love how a shaker can be such a focal point but I also love that they can make a really cool background too, which is exactly how I used the wreath from the Floral Wreath Builder!

Watch the video above  I  Watch the video in HD on YouTube

By making the wreath base the shaker window and filling it with glitter, it provides a lot of sparkle & texture but it is still very flat & easy to mail! And it uses some “crafty trash” aka the plastic packaging.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hummingbird Friend Scene

Happy Crafty Day to you all! Jill here today to share this sweet hummingbird card I created with the new Hummingbird Floral set and a few other fun new things!.

Hummingbirds are tiny yet fierce creatures, known for their agility, endurance, and ability to find sweetness even in the most challenging environments. Across cultures, they symbolize joy, resilience, and lightness of being. I love seeing their itty bitty nests in the summer–amazing one bird can fit, let alone a little chick!

I colored the Hummingbirds and Flowers in the set with OLO Markers which blend like butter, making it easy for even those of us that are not experts to be able to blend colors easily.

I built this little scene using the new Shadow Box Dies along with the Notched Squares dies. I did some ink blending over the various layers and then used dimensional foam adhesive to give each layer a little oomph!

I chose a sentiment to use from the new Friend Greetings set and layered the whole scene on a card base with foam adhesive. I finished off this sweet card with a bit of twine to tie it all together–wink wink. ☺️

I thought I’d close out with a couple quick little fun facts about hummingbirds:

  • A hummingbird’s heart can beat over 1,200 times per minute during flight!
  • Hummingbirds are the only birds that can hover in place and fly in reverse due to their unique ball-and-socket shoulder joints.

So there you have it–some crafty how-to and some fun facts to share with your friends on your next hike!

Hoping your day ahead is a crafty one!

Bright Jungle Friends

Hello crafty friends, Marine here with you today, I’m happy to be back with this lovely tropical themed card featuring the Watercolor Oval stencil set, which I really enjoyed working with, as well as a little group of friends, all gathered to cheer on someone they love very much.

I started off by creating the background and cut a large Stitched Torn Rectangle panel out of Strathmore bristol smooth cardstock. I temporarily stuck the middle part of the Watercolor Oval stencil set to my panel using pieces of rolled-up washi tape at the back of the stencil, and worked on the outside section of my panel, applying mowed lawn oxide ink first, and then a little bit of rustic wilderness oxide ink to the edges to darken the green a little bit more.

Next I placed one of the Layered Leaves & Flowers stencil (the one with just the leaves) on top of my panel and used rustic wilderness oxide ink again to add a leafy pattern to the edges of my Stitched Torn Rectangle panel. I removed the leafy stencil, splattered water and dried the panel with a paper towel, mixed some rustic wilderness oxide ink with water and used a slim brush to add more splatters, and then I did the same with copic opaque white ink mixed with a bit of water.

I removed the middle part of the Watercolor Oval stencil set, and once the inks were all dry, I temporarily taped the frame part of the Watercolor Oval stencil set to my panel, covering and protecting the green leafy edges, and then worked on the middle part of my panel. I first applied tumbled glass oxide ink all over that section, and then broken china oxide ink to the edges to darken the blue and bring more depth.

I wanted to add a leafy pattern to the middle section of my panel as well, and I wanted those leaves to be continuous with the green leaves but I couldn’t see well through the frame part of the Watercolor Oval stencil set, so I removed that stencil, aligned the leafy stencil with the green leaves and temporarily taped it to my panel, put the frame stencil back in place, and then added leaves to the middle section of my panel using broken china oxide ink. To add texture to that section, I removed the frame stencil and the leafy stencil, put the frame stencil back in place, splattered water all over the blue leafy section, and dried the panel with a paper towel. I mixed some broken china oxide ink with water and used a slim brush to add more splatters, and then I did the same with copic opaque white ink mixed with a bit of water.

And the background was done, so I set it aside to dry, and stamped my images on 110lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink. I cut them all with the matching dies, and colored everything using my Ohuhu markers and my Graph’it brush markers. As always, here is a list of the stamp sets I used: • Jungle Friends – lion, tiger, vines, leaves, flowers • Elephant Friends – elephant • Monkey Friends – monkey.

I added highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen, attached them all to my jungle themed panel using 1mm and 2mm foam squares, leaving enough space in the center for my “You’re an awesome friend” greeting from Hedgehog Friends. I attached the panel to a 5,5 x 4,25 inches pattern paper panel using 1mm foam tape, and then the whole thing to a white card base to totally finish the card.

And that’s it! Tropical/jungle themed cards are some of my favorites to make, and I’m glad I was able to create and share this one with you. Thanks so much for stopping by, and see you next time!

Welcome Spring Wreath

Hello friends! Justin Adkins here, and I am so excited to be guest designing for Pretty Pink Posh for their May Release! This release features Spring-themed items that I feel are slightly delicate by design! For today’s post, I am featuring a project using the new Floral Wreath Builder dies, along with the Upright Greetings: Occasions stamp set.

Floral Wreath Builder Dies
Sentiment Strip Dies
Upright Greetings: Occasions Stamp Set
Enchanted Garden Clay Confetti

When working with wreath-related images and shapes, the first thing my mind goes to is “what sort of design elements for a wreath do I want to see on my own front door”. So, using this mindset, I went ahead and cut different shapes included with the Floral Wreath Builder Dies from colored cardstock. For my sentiment, I wanted to make the sentiment look like it was a vertical sign that was actually part of the wreath itself, so I stamped out the sentiment “welcome” from the Upright Greetings: Occasions stamp set, and then used the Sentiment Strip dies to cut out the sentiment and also frame it with an included scalloped rectangle die from the same set.

I think the design of the Floral Wreath Builder Die is really unique, because it allows you to transform your wreath into different aesthetics based on what you’re going for! I wanted my wreath to have that over-sized bushy and leafy look to it, so I die cut out a handful of the individual leaf dies included in the set, ink blended the bottom edges of the leaves, along with the center circle of the base wreath die, with Lucky Clover Oxide Ink, and layered the individual leaf dies on top of the base die cut! I thought this made the wreath look full! I then took the different floral die cuts, ink blended the edges, and adhered them around the wreath for a simple arrangement! I finished off the wreath element with popping on my “welcome” sentiment sign.

My background was honestly pretty easy to create. I cut down some light aqua cardstock to 4″ x 5.25″, ink blended the edges with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink, splattered the background for some fun interest, and then adhered it to an A2-size panel of light yellow cardstock to give it a nice frame!

Of course, I finished this card off with some embellishments. I loved using the Enchanted Garden Clay Confetti because it helped play with the colors that existed with the wreath and background already!
