Sneak Peek: Christmas Cupcakes

Hi friends! It’s Stefanie here today and I’m happy to be giving you a peek at a couple stamps sets releasing soon! The first one is Christmas Cupcakes and the second is Sentiment Strips: Christmas.

New release will be available October 11th

Sneak Peek: Christmas Cupcakes

I combined the two to create a colorful slimline. I started out by stamping all 6 cupcakes on white cardstock and coloring them with a mix of Copics(C) and Ohuhus.

Green: GY2, G410, G130, G110
Red: R8, YR5, R32(C), R20
Teal: BG13(C), BG4, BG10(C)
Purple: P4, P3, V150, RV180, RV160, RV130, RV010
Pink (wrapper): P4, P3, V150, RV180, R21, R20, YR110, RV260
Pink (ears, cheeks): RV180, RV130
Brown: E43-E40(C)
White (blue tint): BG3, B000-B0000(C)
White (gray tint, beard): N1(C), C0(C)
Yellow: YR2, Y3
Blue: R24, B340, BG3, B000
Orange: YR5, R20, YR110, YR030
Skin: E00-E000(C), E11(C)

Then I used the Christmas Cupcakes coordinating dies to cut out the images.

Sneak Peek: Christmas Cupcakes

For the background I cut out a panel slightly smaller than a standard slimline and ink blended a “sky” using Tattered Rose distress oxide after masking a section off the bottom. I faded the blend to white near the top and added some texture by adding some dots using 2 pink markers and some highlights using a white gel pen. Finally I propped this panel on top of my card base using some foam tape.

Sneak Peek: Christmas Cupcakes

The cupcakes were then propped up on the background along with the sentiment. I chose the sentiment, “Joy to the World” since cupcakes bring lots of joy, at least to me. But really, any sentiment from Sentiment Strips: Christmas would have been fitting. The sentiment was stamped on one of the pretty dies from Sentiment Strips Dies

Sneak Peek: Christmas Cupcakes

For final touches I added some white gel pen for highlights on the images as well as some confetti (stars and light pink circles) from the Christmas Tree Clay Confetti mix.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed the sneak peek!

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

Happy October everyone! This is Melissa and I’m here to share a couple of cards made with the adorable Holiday Trees stamps and coordinating dies from the new collection.

New release will be available October 11th

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

I love creating in non traditional colors for the holidays and so for my first card, I die cut my Holiday Trees from pink, aqua, and soft yellow cardstock and a mint green patterned paper. The Holiday Trees set includes a variety of different shapes and sizes of trees with many adorable patterns to choose from.

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

I used the new Eyelet Rectangles for my card base. I just love these basic rectangle shapes with an adorable scalloped edge. After stamping each tree with my chosen pattern, I lined them up across the top and bottom of my card, leaving a space across the center for my sentiment.

I used the new Sentiment Strips: Christmas for the stamped portion of my sentiment and the new Merry Script die for the die cut portion of my sentiment. I added tiny peppermint candies from the new Holiday Mug Additions dies, glitter star toppers, and adhesive pearls to embellish my card and finish it off.

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

My next card uses a Kraft cardstock tree base for all four of my trees. I wanted my trees to resemble gingerbread cookies, so I added a stamped cardstock layer to resemble the frosting and sprinkles.

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

My favorite Eyelet Rectangles dies were used once again and behind my scene, I’ve used the cutest, new stencils from the October Release, the Layered Candy Cane Stencils. These are a must have for Christmas!

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

I added a die cut bow and sprigs of greenery to the center of my card, die cut using the Holiday Mug Additions dies once again. I adore all of the wonderful elements in this die set too. My sentiment is from the Holiday Trees stamp set…this sweet set has everything you need to create the cutest holiday cards ever!

Sneak Peek: Holiday Trees

Thanks so much for joining me! I hope you love Holiday Trees just as much as I do! Stop by tomorrow for another day of sneak peeks!

Sneak Peek: Holiday Stockings + Winter Birds

Hello crafty friends, Marine here, I’m thrilled to be sharing with you this bright and festive sneak peek showcasing the beautiful Holiday Stockings and Winter Birds sets, along with the amazing Winter Words stencil.

New release will be available October 11th

Sneak Peek: Holiday Stockings + Winter Birds

I started off by cutting a Slimline Peekaboo Window panel out of Strathmore bristol smooth cardstock. I covered the whole piece of paper with spun sugar distress ink, and then used the Winter Words stencil along with worn lipstick distress ink to print a bunch of “Joy”, “Merry & Bright” and “Holly” words all over the panel. I applied a little bit more of worn lipstick distress ink all along the four edges of my panel, and then added some texture: I mixed some festive berries distress ink with water and used a small brush to make splatters on my paper, and did the same with white liquid ink.

Sneak Peek: Holiday Stockings + Winter Birds

Next I moved on to the coloring, and stamped all my images on 80lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink. I cut them all using the coordinating dies, and colored everything using my alcohol markers in a bright and colorful palette.

Here is a detailed list of the sets I used: • Holiday Stockings: stockings, holly leaves, candy canes, presents, teddy bear, baubles • Winter Birds: birds • Spring Robins: branches

Sneak Peek: Holiday Stockings + Winter Birds

Once the coloring was done, I attached the images on my Winter Words panel using foam squares, I stuck my panel on an 8,5 x 3,5 inches red & white stripy panel, and then on a white card base. I gold heat embossed the “Happy Holidays” greeting from Sentiment Strips: Christmas on white cardstock, trimmed into a slim banner using a die from Sentiment Strips, and attached it on my panel using foam squares.

Sneak Peek: Holiday Stockings + Winter Birds

To bring more shine to my card, I stuck a few Metallic Gold Pearls here and there, and finally added highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen. And that’s it! I hope that you like this cute and festive card. Thank you so much for stopping by, see you soon!

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

Hello, friends! It’s Lindsey and I’m happy to be giving you a peek of some of the new dies releasing this month.  I was super excited to see two new shaker dies–the Pumpkin Shaker and the Acorn Shaker. If you were a fan of the Stitched Pumpkin Dies last month, you are going to love the Pumpkin Shaker. It is the exact same style, just larger in scale and with the added option of cutting out the centers to make it a shaker. I decided to make it into a little shaped card.  It’s about 3″x3.5″ in size.

New release will be available September 12th

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

I die cut the Pumpkin Shaker several times. Then, I blended ink in three different colors onto the shaker negatives and gave them a good spritz. After inserting them back in, I filled my shaker with the new Matte Gold Confetti Mix. (I can’t get enough of the confetti mixes! You’ll love them!)

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

I jazzed the pumpkin stem up a bit by using woodgrain paper. I kinda love it. :) Then, I added a sentiment using the Sentiment Strips Dies and the new Sentiment Strips: Fall Stamps, both of which are must-haves in my opinion. They are a fabulous addition to anyone’s collection!

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

If you were wondering if the mug addition lineup is continuing, the answer is yes! Welcome Fall Mug Additions! This new set is full of all things warm and cozy and will be wonderful for your fall and winter crafting.

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

I kept my Winter Mug simple, spraying it with grey and silver, and then adding a knitted mug cozy from the new Fall Mug Additions. I used the filler die (from the Winter Mug Dies) to add some cider and tucked in the new cinnamon sticks. They are my favorite!

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

I spritzed a light peach shimmery spray onto my card base and topped it with two of the Leaf Frame Dies, placing one upward and one downward, so they would cover the entire card base. Then following the slight curve of the leaves, I added “cozy days” from the Fall Mug Additions Dies.

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

To complete the sentiment, I added “Wishing You” from the Holiday Sentiments stamp set. The final touch was a little sprinkle of the new Matte Gold Confetti Mix.

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

Last, but certainly not least, are the new Fall Cornucopia Dies. This set comes with a large, two piece cornucopia and LOTS of fillers. I used most of them on my card and also added an apple from last year’s Fall Basket Dies.

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

I have found the easiest way to create with sets like these is to die cut all the dies several times, so you have lots of pieces to work with. I did some simple ink blending and assembled all my pieces.  I recently saw some pumpkins at the store with gold stems. I loved the bit of glam that added, so I did the same on my card. Once everything was ready to go, I got to work filling the cornucopia to overflowing with all the fall goodness.

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Dies

The sentiment is another new die, the Thankful Shadow Dies, and it is lovely! And if you look closely, you’ll also see a peek of the new Deco Leaves Stencil on my card base.

That wraps up today’s sneak peeks, but there are a few more fabulous dies releasing this month, so keep you eyes peeled and make sure to come back tomorrow to see a preview of the whole release in picture form!

Sneak Peek: September 2023 Stencils

Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I am so excited to be sharing a little peek at two new stencils: Deco Leaves Stencil and Layered Fall Wreath Stencils. These new 6×6 stencils are going to really step up your Autumn themed projects so let’s jump right in and take a look!

New release will be available September 12th

My first card is using the Deco Leaves Stencil and I just love this simple but beautiful design! It reminds me of a warm sweater or scarf when it starts to get chilly outside. I used Antique Linen Distress Oxide onto kraft cardstock to create this background with a foam blending tool.

For the card, I cut it with the largest Stitched Torn Rectangles Die and layered it with a dark red cardstock onto my card base. I cut mushrooms and leaves from the Fall Mug Additions Dies and colored them with alcohol markers. I layered them with my Thankful Script Hot Foil Plate sentiment that was cut with the coordinating Thankful Shadow Die, as well as my stamped sentiment from the Sentiment Strips: Fall Stamp Set and Sentiment Strips Dies. Some final touches of liquid embellishments in a vanilla color were added to match the ink of the stenciled background!

For the Layered Fall Wreath Stencils, I wanted to go a little non-traditional in my colors. I stenciled the leaves with the A layer in different colors of Distress Oxide onto a cream colored cardstock. I used Saltwater Taffy, Speckled Egg, Tea Dye and Vintage Photo with foam blending tools. For the leaf details of the B layer, I used some brown stencil paste which gives the background some subtle texture.

When the background was dry, I trimmed it to be slightly smaller than A2 and glued it to my card base. Then I made an Acorn Shaker from shimmery brown and rose gold cardstock and filled it with Espresso Confetti.

I wanted to add in some cute images from the Fall Jar Stamp Set, so I stamped a few out on cream colored cardstock in a brown ink and colored them in with alcohol markers. I used the Fall Jar Coordinating Dies to cut them out and attached them to the top of my acorn. I added a few more Espresso Confetti pieces around my card for some extra shimmery fun.

I hope you enjoyed this sneak peek of these new stencils; you’re absolutely going to love the rest of the release. I’m so ready for sweater weather with these new products!

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

Hello crafty friends, Arsenia here! I’m super excited to share this sneak peek using the new Fall Jar Stamps and coordinating dies. I’m so ready for fall! I absolutely adore everything about fall and all the images from this stamp set are perfect to share some fall goodness. Let’s get started!

New release will be available September 12th

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

For my first card I stamped and colored the images from the Fall Jar stamps with an array of different alcohol markers from my crafty realm. The images are so cute, I especially adore the little mouse. For the jar I used the negative from die cutting to do some light ink blending, diy stencil.

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

For my background I used a beautiful new stencil set called Layered Woodland and it’s gorgeous. I did partial stenciling, it’s a four-piece stencil but I only used two of the stencils and did some random stenciling aka partial stenciling. I added some light ink blending to warm up the background and added some fun splatters in the top left corner and lower right corner. I wanted to add more red to go with the cute mushrooms, I decided to use the new Fall Mug Additions die set to add some red berries.

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

I arranged all images from the Fall Jar stamp set onto my background and decided I needed a resting place for the Jar and florals. I used the new Stitched Torn Rectangles Dies cut from vellum and it was perfect. To finish the card, I added the frame from the Fancy Cake Dies and added some of the new Espresso Confetti Mix, ta-da card was done!

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

For my second card I wanted to make a wreath with the adorable images from the Fall Jar Stamp set with coordinating dies, I love making wreaths. For the base of my wreath, I used the Leafy Spring Wreath Stamps and coordinating dies. I adhered my images to the wreath for some dimension and added a twine bow to the wreath.

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

I wanted a fun bold background and decided to use the new Layered Fall Wreath Stencil, oh this stencil is gorgeous. I used several yellows, oranges, and reds from the Distress Oxide family. I absolutely love how this turned out, to finish the background I added some splatters. My wreath blended into the background, I decided to add the large Stitched Torn Rectangles die cut out of vellum to the background.

Sneak Peek: Fall Jar

To finish the card, I used the new Sentiment Strips: Fall stamps with the Sentiment Strips Dies that came out last release!

The new release is phenomenal! It’s chock full of lots of FALL goodness! Come back tomorrow for another sneak peek.

Sneak Peek: Autumn Pumpkins

Happy Fall, everyone! This is Melissa and I’m here to kick off sneak peeks of the upcoming release. Today I have couple of cards made with the sweet Autumn Pumpkins stamp set and coordinating dies.

New release will be available September 12th

I created pink pumpkins on my first card, using my favorite paper-piecing technique. The Autumn Pumpkins set is perfect for those of you who enjoy coloring in your images, or if you’re like me and love paper-piecing, they’re perfect for that too.

I adore the tiny squash in this set and stacked one on top of my darling pumpkins.  In the background, I have used the new Layered Fall Wreath Stencils. This is one of my most favorite stencils from this release…it’s beautiful.  I have also used the Stitched Torn Rectangles dies to die cut my background.

My sentiment is from the new Thankful Shadow die, and I accented my Autumn Pumpkins with the tiny sunflower and bow from the darling Fall Jar stamp set.

My next card uses more of the sweet Autumn Pumpkins, but this time I used my alcohol markers to add color. I used Distress Spray to add splatters to my pumpkins and background as well.

The Stitched Torn Rectangles dies were used once again to build my card. These are quickly becoming a favorite of mine.  The base layer was stenciled using the new Deco Leaves stencil. This adorable stencil reminds me of corn on the cob and wheat and I love it!

I sponged ink over my top Stitched Torn Rectangle layer and added a die cut sentiment from the Autumn Pumpkins stamp set and coordinating dies. I added a few falling leaves to embellish around the sentiment and accented with adhesive gems to bring in a little sparkle.

Thanks so much for joining me! Stop by tomorrow for another sneak peek of the upcoming release!

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

Good morning! It’s Lindsey here today, and I’m giving you a sneak peek of some of the fun, new dies releasing this month. You are going to love them!

New release will be available August 7th

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

First up is a spooky cute card that was inspired by a blanket I saw. I loved the colorful ghosts, so I recreated it using the new Ghost Shaker Dies.

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

This fabulous sentiment is the Spooky Wishes Shadow Dies. I adore the size and scale of the shadow dies and was happy to see this one added to the lineup.  For a little extra magic, I added various stars and diamonds from the new Halloween Mug Additions.

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

Did you notice the little pumpkins in the photographs? That’s actually another peek.  I created those using the new Stitched Pumpkins Dies. It’s a set full of creative possibilities! They look cute as is or in 3D like I did here.

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

I’ve created lots of cards for this release, and this next one is a favorite of mine. It’s an A6 card (4.5″x6.25″), so it’s a little bit larger in size, which I’m really enjoying lately. There are so many cute things that I need more space to fit them all in!

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

My children have old letterpress (typeset) drawers hanging on the walls in their rooms. They fill the little cubbies with all their tiny treasures. When I saw the cute dies in the Halloween Mug Additions, I immediately thought of those shelves and knew they would make the perfect fillers.

To create the little shelves/cubbies, I stacked the Storybook 1 and Storybook 5 dies on top of each other. I taped them together, so I could run them through the die cut machine several times. Layering 3 pieces of 110 lb. cardstock gave the shelves some depth. For the top layer I used woodgrain paper that I have had in my stash for a few years just waiting for the perfect project to use it on.  This was it!

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

Then I got to work filling the shelves with Halloween cuteness! First up is the witch hat. I die cut all the pieces from the Halloween Mug Additions included the stars and diamonds that I used to adorn it. I set it on top of the tombstone. The tombstone die is designed to create a window in your mug, so the stitching is on the outside. I ended up fussy cutting it out, though, and layering a few of the center tombstone shapes on top of each other for added dimension.

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

I filled a second shelf with the two pumpkins included in the set, although I opted for a chunkier stem on the larger pumpkin, which I found in the Stitched Pumpkins Die set.

The upper shelf is filled with a candy corn from the previously released Candy Treats dies. Next, I trimmed down one of the stitched rectangles in the Halloween Mug Additions (they can be used for mummy wrap…) and made it into a book. The little coral strips on the book were trimmed from the buckle die and the spider on top is also included in the Halloween Mug Additions.

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

Now for the bottom row – a darling broom and a bubbling cauldron.  I was delighted to see that the new bubbles fit perfectly in the previously released Cauldron Shaker! I wanted to dress the cauldron up a bit more, so I added “boo” from the Ghost Shaker dies and a few diamonds. If you couldn’t tell, I was really enjoying adding those to all the things.

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Dies

Thanks so much for joining me today. Join us tomorrow as we reveal the release in picture form, so you can start to get your wish lists together and/ or purchase your release bundles!

Sneak Peek: August 2023 Stencils

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am excited to be back to share a sneak peek of two of the new stencils coming to Pretty Pink Posh. The new release is packed full of fun new products for Halloween and so much more. Let’s get started…

New release will be available August 7th

My first card uses the Layered Candy Treats stencil set. This is a four pack of stencils that layer together to create a fun candy background. I used finger daubers and dye ink for my blending. I then added a few yellow splatters to my panel for a little added detail. Such an adorable candy background! I love that this stencil can be used for Halloween and beyond.

Next, I create my sentiment with the new Sentiment Strips: Halloween stamp set and Sentiment Strips dies. I mounted the banner on a strip of cardstock that I created with the zigzag die from the Stitched Borders 1 die set. I then use the Candy Treats dies set to make a few coordinating candy pieces to finish my card.

For my next card, I used the Layered Argyle stencil set to create a more “traditional” Halloween card.

I started my card by using the Layered Argyle stencil set to create my card panel. This is a set of three stencils that layer together to create a fun argyle pattern. I used Distress Oxide Ink in: Brushed Corduroy, Carved Pumpkin and Black Soot for my blending. The color possibilities with this stencil are endless. I can’t wait to use it for Christmas!

Next, I used the Stitched Pumpkins die set to create my cute little jack o’ lantern from colored cardstock. Lastly, I used the Sentiment Strips: Halloween stamp set and Sentiment Strips dies for my sentiment.

Thanks for joining me today! I know you will love these amazing new stencils and I can’t wait to see what you create with them!!

Enjoy your day, Dana

Sneak Peek: Decorative Pumpkins

Hello, Gemma here today and I’m excited to share a sneak peek of the Decorative Pumpkins stamp set, part of the August release.

New release will be available August 7th

Sneak Peek: Decorative Pumpkins

Similar to the Birthday Balloons stamp set before it, this set has both outline and solid pumpkins in 3 sizes, along with decorative patterns and sentiments to add to the pumpkins.

Using the solid outline pumpkins, I stamped them out in pinks, yellow and orange, then die cut them out with the coordinating dies. The pumpkin stalks are separate stamps and I found it easy to add these after the pumpkins were die cut.

Sneak Peek: Decorative Pumpkins

Next, I added decorations to the pumpkins. I used the same inks for the patterns, to create a tone on tone look. On one of the largest pumpkins, I stamped a sentiment from the Decorative Pumpkins set in black ink.

Sneak Peek: Decorative Pumpkins

I adhered a strip of patterned paper to an A2 landscape card base, then added the pumpkins. I used a mix of liquid glue and foam tape to get dimension. The sentiment pumpkin is popped up with two layers of foam tape.

I didn’t feature these on my card today but there are also images of Halloween pumpkin faces in the stamp set, plus two additional sentiments, making this a versatile set to add to your collection.

Sneak Peek: Decorative Pumpkins

Thanks so much for joining me today! Stop by tomorrow for another sneak peek of the August 7th release!
