Sneak Peek: Heart Balloons + Upright Greetings

Hello everyone! This is Melissa and I’m here to share a couple of cards made with the adorable Heart Balloons stamps and Upright Greetings: Valentine stamps. These new products are irresistibly sweet and heartwarming. Let’s get started!

My first card uses a trio of Heart Balloons, each stamped with different patterns you can find in this playful set.  You’ll find hearts, polka dots, stripes, and so much more to choose from.  You’ll even find a balloon outline, streamers, and sentiments in this set.   

I layered my balloons over a die cut white Wonky Stitched Square that was stamped with a sentiment from the Upright Greetings: Valentine stamp set.  This was then layered over a larger die cut vellum Wonky Stitched Square.  

My aqua card base was cut using the darling XOXO Pierced Plate…I love this die!  I then added a strip of striped patterned paper across the bottom of my card and a pink glittered border across the top of the patterned paper, die cut using the Doily Borders dies. If you love scallops and eyelets, you’ll absolutely love these dies!

I layered a tiny Heart Balloons die cut and stamped image over the new Double Heart Shaker on my next card.  I created triple sentiments using one sentiment from the Heart Balloons stamp set, one from the Upright Greetings: Valentine stamp set, and the larger sentiment from the new Valentine Greetings stamp and coordinating dies set. 

My background was created using the cute Circle Grid Stencil, sprayed with Distress Spray to give it a loose, watercolor look. Once again I used the Doily Borders dies to add a red glittered border across my card front.

I love the new Valentine Holder Additions dies and used the tiny flower and leaves and hearts to add extra details to my card.

These new products are so refreshing and fun to create with.  I hope you enjoy creating with them too!
