Just A Note Circle Card

Hi everyone! It’s Leica here. I’m excited to share a card I made using Pretty Pink Posh’s new Just A Note stamp set and Layered Music Notes Stencils. For this card, I started by cutting a 4.75 inch circle in white cardstock and ink blending it with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. To add more interest, I splattered it with white ink.

Just A Note Circle Card

Next, I cut a 4.5 inch circle white cardstock and a 4 inch scallop circle in a light pink cardstock, which I added a pattern to using the Layered Music Notes Stencils with Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Inks. This stencil made it so easy to create a fun and playful background for the card panel.

Just A Note Circle Card

To add the sentiment, I cut the ornate label die from the Get Well Soon coordinating dies in white cardstock and stamped it with the sentiment from the Just A Note stamp set. I glued the circle panels to create a layered look and foam mounted the ornate die with the sentiment.

For a cute touch, I added a little bird using the Stitched Birds Dies and a few little notes from the Just A Note stamp set. Finally, to create the card base, I cut another 4.75 inch circle in white cardstock, scored and folded it at the .75 inch mark, and glued this flap onto the card panel.

Just A Note Circle Card

I’m really happy with how this card turned out and I love how it can be used for any occasion. I hope this inspires you to create your own unique cards using Pretty Pink Posh’s wonderful products. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

Get Well Soon

Hello friends. It’s Lisa Mears on the blog today sharing a get well soon card that I made with the Get Well Soon stamp set.

Watch the video above  I  Watch the video in HD on YouTube

The Get Well Soon stamp set has a lot of cute images such as a tissue box, tea cup, soup bowl, thermometer, bandaid, bouquet of flowers, and several sentiments. I wanted to use several of the images on my card so I decided to stamp many of them in a random pattern on the cardstock to create my own pattern paper.

Pretty Pink Posh: Get Well Soon

I stamped the images onto Bristol Smooth cardstock that I cut to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” and colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens in the following colors —  Turquoise Green, Sugar Almond Pink, Flesh Colour, Lemon Yellow, Pale Gray, Mid Brown, and the Blender. After I colored them, I die cut them with the coordinating dies.

I die cut the label for the sentiment using the Get Well Soon coordinating die set and stamped a sentiment on it. I added the label to the card with foam to give it some dimension and then added a few more stamps around the sentiment.

Pretty Pink Posh: Get Well Soon

Finally, I added the stamped card layer to a piece of teal cardstock that measures 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” and then added it to an A2 card base.

Thank you for stopping by today.  Have a great day!

Hello, it’s Barbara here and I’m happy to be sharing a card using the new release from Pretty Pink Posh. If you’re new to PPP, they released a Winter Mug die set and since then, have come out with several additions to go along with it. The newest one, Get Well Mug Additions is the one I’m using today.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is IMG_0546_jpg.jpg

I created this card using an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. I cut a panel of yellow cardstock stamped with a gingham background stamp in a darker yellow ink. The mug is from the Winter Mug die set. I cut it out of gray cardstock and used some distress ink to add some dimension. All the other die elements are from the Get Well Mug Additions die set that I cut from white cardstock.

These elements were colored with copic markers. I used a white gel pen to add highlights. I glued the die cuts together and then popped everything up using some 3d foam adhesive for extra dimension.

I hope you enjoyed this card. If you want to see more of my guest designer projects, visit me on Instagram!

Day 2: May Blog Hop

If you missed Day 1 CLICK HERE

Hello crafty friends! Davina here sharing brand new products from the May release. This beautifully curated release is full of items for all of our spring/summer events, like Graduations and Fathers Day, pretty bird themed sets, and more.

I especially loved these detailed Decorative Birdhouses Die Set. All of the pretty stitched details and various door options made it so fun to play with. I cut each house from Bristol Smooth Cardstock two times. With one of each design, I inkblended the house with Distress Oxide Ink, then secured the scallop edge and trim with washi tape from behind. I also added a little bit of marker detail to each house.

Next, I adhered the white trim from my second die cut houses, layered on top, and used a darker marker to color the small strips. Then, I cut and added the doors to each little house.

I was so excited that the birds from A Little Birdie stamp set fit so perfectly with these houses. I stamped and colored three birds to add to my houses, and layered them onto a slimline cardbase that I gently inked.  I stamped the nice long branch from the Spring Birdhouses stamp set onto the cardbase as well. I intentionally left it as an outline so it wouldn’t distract from my little row of cute houses. I finished this off  with a heat embossed sentiment and a sprinkling of colored confetti from the new Rainbow Shimmer Confetti Mix

Make sure you “Hop along” all three days to see the incredible DT samples with this wonderful release,

Hey there, crafty friends! Leica here. I’m so excited to show you my latest creation featuring the new Decorative Birdhouses Die, Stitched Birds Die, and the previously-released Spring Foliage Die from Pretty Pink Posh. This circle-shaped card turned out so cute, and I can’t wait to share all the details with you!

To start off, I cut a 4.5 inch circle from some white cardstock and used the Layered Clouds Stencils with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink to create a fluffy cloud background. Then, I matted the panel onto a 5 inch circle that I had ink blended with Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Ink. The colors complemented each other so nicely!

Using the Decorative Birdhouses Die, Stitched Birds Die, and Spring Foliage Die, I cut out all kinds of shapes from various colored cardstock. It was so easy and fun to mix and match all the different elements. I even used the Stitched Strip Dies to make a little stand for the birdhouse.

To add some extra texture, I splattered some white ink onto the card. It turned out so cute and added a fun, playful touch.

I finished it off with a sentiment that I heat embossed in white on a strip of black cardstock. It really popped against the colorful cardstock shapes.

To create a sturdy base for the card, I cut another 5 inch circle from white cardstock and scored it at the .75 inch mark. I folded it up and glued the flap onto the card panel. It worked like a charm!

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

Good morning! It’s Lindsey here giving you a sneak peek of some of the amazing dies releasing this month. There are two new additions to the mug line-up, scripty sentiments, and some beautiful bird and birdhouse dies. SO much to love!

New release will be available May 1st

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

First up is a cheery get well card with a bright color palette. There are lots of great products this month expanding the “get well” category.  You are going to love them!  This card showcases Get Well Mug Additions.

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

I figure if someone is sick and needs some cheering up, a shaker is a good way to do that.  I started with my beloved Winter Mug and die cut out the center using a die from Birthday Mug Additions. Then I filled it full of colorful pills from the Get Well Mug Additions

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

Next I die cut and stuffed the mug with medical supplies and happy things to brighten a mood. You may notice that the darling sun, rainbows, flowers, etc. are in the same style as the previously released Hugs stamp set. I can’t wait to use them together! This card just makes me smile. :) These dies are the definition of happiness.

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

Okay, on to the next peek. I’m super excited about this one! It uses the new Decorative Birdhouses and Stitched Birds dies. There are three birdhouses with different options for the center opening on the bird house and three bird dies in these sets.

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

I chose the largest bird house for my card and blended two different shades of brown to create a dark, rich wood color. After piecing the birdhouse together, I added a stitched pole using a die from the Valentine Mug Additions for my birdhouse to stand on.

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

Next, I worked on the background. I blended ink on the previously released Love Hearts die and layered it on top of a light blue card base. Then I framed it with the large stitched frame in the Fancy Cake die set. I just love how the greenery and blossoms surround the birdhouse!

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

Of course this house needed a bird, so I took some creative liberties and made a pink one using the Stitched Birds dies. You can piece the birds together with different colors or blend them with ink like I’ve done here.  You can also mix and match the wings. (I’ve made at least a dozen different birds so far…) I nested this little birdie on top of some leaf and berry sprigs from the Spring Foliage Dies and called it a day.

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Dies

Thanks so much for joining me! This release is a fun one! Stop by tomorrow for a look at all the new products.

Sneak Peek: May 2023 Stencils

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am back to share a sneak peek of the new stencils coming to Pretty Pink Posh. The new release is packed full of amazing new products and it includes four new stencil sets! Today I will be using two of the sets: Layered Birdhouses and Layered Graduation.

New release will be available May 1st

My first card uses the Layered Birdhouse stencil set. This is a four pack of stencils that layer together to create the most adorable panel! I used finger daubers and dye ink for my blending.

Once my panel was finished, I used the new A Little Birdie set to stamp my birds. I colored them with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. Next, I stamped my sentiment from A Little Birdie set onto the die from the Easter Sentiments die set. Lastly, I trimmed my panel down and attached everything to an A2 card base to finish my card.

My next card uses the new Layered Graduation stencil set.

I started my card by using the Layered Graduation stencil set to create my card panel. This is a set of three stencils that layer together to create a fun panel for your graduation cards. I love that you can use the school’s colors to personalize your card, so fun!! I once again used dye ink and finger daubers for all of my blending.

Next, I used the Stitched Borders 1 die set to create the white strip for my sentiment. I attached the white piece to the top of my panel and used the new Congrats Script hot foil plate and Congrats Shadow die for my sentiment. Lastly, I used the Graduation Mug Additions set to create the coordinating banner for the top of my card.

Thanks for joining me today! I know you will love these fun new stencils and I can’t wait to see what you create with them!

Enjoy your day, Dana

Sneak Peek: Just A Note

Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I am so excited to be sharing a little peek at the new Just A Note stamp set and coordinating dies! The 3×4 stamp set is going to be so fun for the musically talented people in your life. I have a lot of family members that are so talented and I thought it would be fun to make a Father’s Day card with this set since they’re all fathers!

New release will be available May 1st

I started with stenciling my kraft cardstock background cut with the largest Wonky Stitched Rectangle die since it would need the most time to dry. The Layered Music Notes stencils are perfect with this stamp set; I used the A stencil with Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide, the B stencil with Picket Fence Distress Ink and the C stencil with Platinum Stencil Butter from The Crafter’s Workshop.

While the background was drying, I cut a piece of vellum using the stitched label die from the Get Well Soon coordinating dies. Using Blue Belle VersaFine Clair Ink, I stamped the “You Rock” sentiment from Just A Note towards the lower right and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I also stamped the staff image and the three smallest musical notes on white cardstock and embossed them, too. Using the coordinating dies, I cut out the images and set them aside.

Since this is a Father’s Day card, I cut “Dad” from the Dad/Father Shadow Dies in some holographic cardstock as well as its shadow in white cardstock. Using a fine tip glue, I adhered the two layers together. I layered the “Dad” sentiment towards the top of my vellum label and added the staff image so it would be towards the left of the “You Rock” sentiment. Once they were in place, I added foam adhesive to the back of the vellum label where white cardstock would hide them and glued it to my now dry background.

Finally I added my stenciled card front to a card base with foam adhesive. Using a jewel picker, I added the three music notes and some Blue Shimmer Confetti on the vellum label.

I hope you’re as excited as I am for the Just A Note stamp set and coordinating dies! Come back tomorrow for another sneak peek of the May 1st release.

Sneak Peek: Get Well Soon

Hello, Gemma here today with a sneak peek of the new Get Well Soon stamp set. This set has a great mix of images and sentiment, so there are lots of design possibilities.

New release will be available May 1st

I stamped out the images in the set and coloured with copic markers. I chose a bright but limited colour palette of turquoise, yellow and pink. I’m using almost all of the images from the set on my card today (there’s also a bowl and spoon, along with a solid heart).

I die cut the images with the Get Well Soon coordinating die set, adding two additional layers behind for dimension.

I arranged the images across a 5.24” card base, adhering them with liquid glue. There are four sentiments in the Get Well Soon stamp set. I chose one to stamp underneath the images to finish my card.

Thanks so much for joining me today! Stop by tomorrow for another sneak peek of the May 1st release!
