Daffodil Vase Shaker

Hi friends! Sophie here and today I am sharing a fun shaker card featuring a variety of products. Let’s take a look!

For my card I wanted to combine several of the May products together to create something bold. I used the Layered Teacups stencil set to create a tone-on-tone background. I started off stenciling on a light blue cardstock. Then I just used one color of blue ink to put in all of the layers to this stencil. I gradually built up the intensity to have the look of several different shades of ink.

I set the background piece aside and then worked on the shaker element for my card. I used the Vase Shaker dies and the Serene Shaker Beads to create a fun little centerpiece for my card.

For the sentiment I used the Friend Greetings stamps and coordinating dies. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again – these sentiments that PPP does with the combo script/block font and coordinating dies are my absolute FAVORITE! I think that the variety of sentiments included really lend themselves to many different types of occasions and I reach for these sets consistently.

For the flowers peeking out of the vase I built some daffodils using the Spring Floral dies. Then, to top it all off I used the bow die from the Floral Wreath die set

I hope you enjoyed this card! I hope it inspires you to mix and match elements from various different sets to create something fun and unique.
