Sneak Peek: Cozy Fall Critters + Falling Leaves

Hello friends! It’s Leica here today with a sneak peek of two new Pretty Pink Posh stamp sets – Cozy Fall Critters and Falling Leaves that will be released on September 13th. I combined images from these sets to create a fun circle shaped Autumn card.

I started by cutting a 5″ circle in teal colored patterned paper and a 4.5″ circle in kraft cardstock. I then adhered the smaller panel to the larger one.

Next, I stamped the images using Memento Rich Cocoa ink on 110lb white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers.

Fall leaves:

YR14, Y18/13

YG67/63/61

YR07/04/02/00

R39/37/35/32

Acorns – E44/43/42

Mouse – C5/3/1, R32/30

Sweater – BG09/05/15, YR23/21/20

The larger leaves are from Falling Leaves Stamp Set and the rest of the images are from Cozy Fall Critters Stamp Set. I added white highlights using a gel pen and cut them with their coordinating dies. I then arranged the leaves in a wreath form and foam mounted them onto the kraft panel. I also foam mounted the adorable mouse on the wreath. The greetings are from the Falling Leaves Stamp Set and I love how there is a die for the word Autumn.

Lastly, I cut a 5″ circle in white 110lb cardstock, scored at the .25″ mark and adhered the flap to the teal panel to complete my card.

Sneak Peek: Fall Corners

Hello, Gemma here with a sneak peek to share with you all. I’m using the new Fall Corners stamp set, which is perfect for pretty autumn cards.

I stamped out one of the corners from the Fall Corners stamp set. There are 3 pumpkin arrangements in this set, along with additional images. I coloured the image with copic markers, using fun non-traditional colours for the pumpkins. I die cut the image with the coordinating die, adding two more layers behind for dimension.

For my background, I blended pumice stone distress oxide ink over the previously released Woodgrain Circle stencil. I’m using a 4.75″ card base and blended the pattern directly onto this.

I used the previously released Stitched Strips dies to cut some pearlescent card in autumnal colours, adhering them on to my card base. I then added the Fall Corners image over the top.

For my sentiment, I used the new Falling Leaves stamp set. I heat embossed the large ‘Autumn’ word onto pearlescent copper card, using white embossing powder. I die cut it out with the coordinating die, again adding a couple of die cut layers behind for dimension.

I stamped an accompanying sentiment from the Falling Leaves stamp set directly on the card base, then adhered the die cut word above.

To finish, I adhered a few Espresso jewels around the sentiment. These are my favourite jewels for autumn projects.

Sneak Peek: Woodland Thanks

Hello hello! It’s Leica here today and I have a sneak peek of a Thanksgiving card featuring images from the new Woodland Thanks Stamp Set, available on September 13th. These botanical images are absolutely gorgeous and can be used for any occasion.

For this card, I cut a 5″ square panel in yellow cardstock and ink blended the bottom with Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink. I also cut a 4.5″ square in white cardstock and ink blended the center with Festive Berries and the top and bottom with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink. I splattered some water for an oxidized effect and added black and white dots using gel pens. I then adhered the smaller panel to the larger one. For the center of the card, I cut a 1″ strip and ink blended with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink and foam mounted it to the pink/red panel.

Next, I stamped the images with Memento Rich Cocoa ink on 110lb white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers – E49/47/44/43/42, G99/46/43, R39/37/35, YR23/18/13, YR07/04/02. I then tucked in and adhered the leaves behind the brown strip. The Thankful greeting is also from the same Woodland Thanks Stamp Set and I love that it has a coordinating die. I cut additional pieces to stack up for dimension. I then stamped Happy Thanksgiving on a strip of yellow cardstock and glued it under the brown strip. Lastly, I cut a white 5″ square, scored at the .25″ mark, and adhered it to the card panel to finish my card.

Sneak Peek: Fall Circles

Hello, Gemma here today and I’m excited to share a look at the new Fall Circles stamp set from the September 13th release! If you are a fan of the circle scene stamp sets, this is a must-have for your collection.

There are 6 circle scenes in the Fall Circles stamp set. I stamped out all the images and coloured them with copic markers. As you can see, I’m having fun with non-traditional pumpkin colours on my cards this autumn.

I die cut the circles out with the coordinating die, then arranged them on a 4.75″ square card base, adhering with liquid glue.

The Fall Circles coordinating die set comes with a fabulous label die. I die cut it twice – once from copper pearlescent card and once from white card. I offset layered these together to get a shadow effect, then adhered it in the centre of my card.

For the sentiment, I stamped the large Thankful word from the new Woodland Thanks stamp set, embossing it with a copper pearl embossing powder. I die cut it with the coordinating die, then added two die cut layers behind for dimension. I stamped an accompanying sentiment from the same set on the label, then adhered the word die above to finish my card.

Hello friends! It’s Leica here today with a box card using images from the new Monster Hugs Stamp Set. I absolutely love this new set and I know you will, too! They are great for making Halloween or even birthday cards.

Let’s begin! I first assembled the box card from MFT. I then added pattern to the large panel by inking Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink through the Medium Polka Dots. I stamped the Sending Monster Hugs sentiment before adhering the panel to the box. For the smaller panels, I ink blended with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink through the same stencil. I then stamped the “eye like you a lot” sentiment on the front panel.

For the monsters, I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo black ink on 110lb white cardstock and colored with Copic markers: B02/00, BG09/05/13, R85/83/81, V15/12/01, Y18/15/11, YG25/23/21. I then used the coordinating dies to cut the stamped images. Lastly, I glued the colorful monsters to the inserts of the box card.

Sparkly Interactive Halloween Card + Video

Hi, it’s Mona here, and I can’t wait to show you how I made this pinky-sparkly Halloween card with an interactive twist! From my newest video on Pretty Pink Posh YouTube Channel you can learn how to easily transform word die-cuts to the wished shape.

I made the glittery background with the Stars stencil on a pale pink cardstock with the Silver Glitz Glitter Gel. In the video I am showing you what is my favorite method for this process.

While the background dries, I stamped the Halloween Wreath and the other coordinating images from the same stamp set with brown alcohol marker friendly inkpad to a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored them with Spectrum Noir Illustrators.

I have used the following colors: CT1, CT2, CT4, GY3, BO1, BO2, BO3, BO4, OR2, OR3, CR1, CR3, CR5, CR7, GB1 GB4, GB6, GB10, RB3, RB1, AP4, AP3, AP2, PP1, FS1, MG1, MG2, BG1, BG2, Blender.

After the coloring I die-cut all the images and I colored the wheel with a pale pink alcohol marker.

Next, I continued with the die-cutting. I made more die-cuts from heavy weight cardstock, because I wanted to add thickness to the wreath and the spiders, in this case the interactive part will be more durable. Then I transformed the Happy Halloween Die-cuts made with the Happy Halloween Script Die. This is a fun way to alter the scripted sentiments, in the video I am describing how.

When it was done, I created the interactive element and added the spider to the circle with fishing line, and created the card front. I covered the glittery background with a piece of vellum, and styled the circle, the sentiment and the other elements.

In the end I styled my card and added some Metallic Rose Gold Sequins to it as a decoration. Thank you so much for stopping by, see you next time.

Halloween Cats Box Card

Hello crafty friends! It’s Leica here today with a Halloween box card filled with the cutest Pretty Pink Posh cats and their treats from Halloween night.

Let’s start! For the design, I ink blended Shaded Lilac through the new Trellis Stencil. I just love using stencils for a patterned paper look and Pretty Pink Posh has a variety to choose from, so make sure to check them out on the website.

Next, I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo ink, colored with Copic markers, and cut with their coordinating dies.

The images I used for this card are from different stamp sets:

Cats – Cuddly Cats Stamp Set

Candies, witch hats (fussy cut from the wreath), spider – Halloween Wreath Stamp Set

Cat in Circle, pumpkins on the sides of the box (fussy cut) – Halloween Circles

Small pumpkin bags – Halloween Friends Stamp Set

Sentiment – Halloween Pals Stamp Set

I adhered the images with liquid glue and stamped the sentiment onto the rectangle panel in the front. I also made a matching tag using the new Halloween Circles Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies.

Birthday Monster Trio

Hello everyone! Mayra here and I am so happy to be sharing this set of cards with you today using the new cute and fun Monster Hugs stamp set.

I started by coloring the images I would use to create the set of cards. Along with the Monster Hugs stamp set, I used the Cupcake Critters stamp set, Party Friends, Let’s Party, and Reindeer Friends stamp sets.

After coloring the images, I started creating the base panels for each of the cards. I started by die cutting the base layers using the Slimline Peekaboo Windows, Slimline Scallop Frame, Scallop Square Tag , Celebrate Shaker, Simple Strips, Stitched Film Strip to create the designs for each of the cards using the same soft pastel color palette.

For the sentiments on the slimline card, I used the speech bubbles from the Stitched Speech Bubbles die set.

For my background I have used the Hibiscus Flowers stencil set to achieve this beautiful look with various Distress Oxide colors. I have used: Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Wilted Violet colors. For the full process visit the video tutorial.

Pretty Pink Posh: Stretch Your Stencils + Video

I stamped cute tiger from my favorite summer set, the Summer Fun stamp set, and now I will show you how I colored it as a bleached tiger with my coloring guide below. Before the coloring I gave a quick heat set to the image, this will prevent the ink smearing. And I started with a grayish green color, because it makes the fur warmer and more natural, then I followed the coloring like on the guide.

Instead of coloring, I made an ink blending through the Hibiscus Stencil with yellow, turquoise and pink inkpads and blended them together. The result was this pretty rainbow look.

Next, I continued with the sentiment. I stamped the summer text from the Summer Drinks with a watermark ink to a piece of violet cardstock. Then I sprinkled on it white embossing powder and heat embossed it to get a nice and crisp white sentiment, then I die-cut it. I repeated the same thing but with the Thanks a bunch sentiment from the Simple Sentiments set, this time on an orange cardstock.

Next, I cut the sentiment, as well as the created background for a 5.25” by 4”. I wanted to add to the card something colorful, so I stamped and colored some surfboards too with my alcohol markers.

In the end I styled my card and added some squeezy lemons to my card as a decoration. Thank you so much for stopping by, see you next time.
