First, I created a cool A2-sized background with the Layered Pumpkins Stencils. I adore these stencils; they make card backgrounds so much fun and are super easy to use!
I gave the die cuts some color with a finger dauber and splattered acrylic paint for an extra cool effect. Then, I simply glued them onto the card panel. Finally, I adhered the panel to an A2-sized white card base.
Thank you so much for hanging out with me on the blog today. I hope I’ve inspired you to combine some PPP products for a spooktacular Halloween card.
Hi friends, it’s Carly here. Are you looking for a fun way to give some Halloween treats this year? Maybe some Halloween happy mail? Well I think I have an idea to help and there’s also a video tutorial!
To create the cards, I started by stamping the images out from the recently released Halloween Signs stamp set and coloring them with a mix of Copics(C) and Ohuhus. I also added a cute little ghost from the Halloween Envelopes stamp set.
I knew I wanted to create clean and simple cards, but I wanted to add a little extra touch as well so I decided to trim down my card front on both sides and add a little sliver of coordinating background. I created the background using the Layered Argyle Stencils and distress oxides in Bundled Sage, Antique Linen, and Black Soot.
The card front that I trimmed down was adhered directly onto the stenciled background and the images were adhered on top using foam tape for dimension.
Hello crafty friends! It’s Channin here and I’m so so excited to be here at Pretty Pink Posh for Halloween week!! I LOVE Halloween and I had an absolute blast creating this fun pumpkin card and I can’t wait to share it with you!
To create this card I first die cut the three pumpkins out of orange cardstock with theStitched Pumpkin Dies. I then ink-blended over the pumpkins with Spiced Marmalade and Crackling Campfire Distress Ink. I used a shader brush to add definition to the pumpkin ribs. I then die cut the pumpkins with the face dies and set the pumpkins aside.
Next, I die cut the pumpkins a second time but this time out of light yellow cardstock. I then ink-blended the pumpkins in Mustard Seed and Wild Honey Distress Ink and then adhered the orange pumpkins over the yellow with foam adhesive.
Next, I die cut the stems for the pumpkins out of Kraft cardstock. I then ink-blended the stems in Vintage Photo and Ground Espresso Distress Ink and added additional details with copics. I then adhered the stems to the pumpkins with liquid adhesive.
Next, I die cut the leaves out of green cardstock and then ink-blended them in Rustic Wilderness and Forest Moss Distress Ink. Once again I used a shader brush to add definition to the leaves. I then die cut the vines out of dark green cardstock and ink-blended them with a little Forest Moss.
Next, I ink-blended the front of an A2 top-folding Kraft card base with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I then pressed some of the Vintage Photo ink onto a sheet of acetate, added water and then splattered the water-downed ink over the corners of the card front. When the card base was dry I then adhered the pumpkin, leaves and vines to the card front.
Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Boo to You stamp set in Versamark ink onto black cardstock. I then poured white embossing powder over the sentiment, heat set it and then die cut it out with the matching die. Lastly, I finished the card by adhering the sentiment to the card front with foam adhesive.
I hope you enjoyed my card. Thank you so much for stopping by! ~Channin
Hi crafty friends! Marine here, kicking off Halloween Week with this monochromatic mix & match featuring a bunch of images from different sets. Monochromatic cards are super fun and easy to make, so I hope that my spooky little scene will inspire you to create your own, and it doesn’t have to be black & white, of course, purple shades or green shades would look amazing on a Halloween card!
I started off by stamping my images on Transotype perfect coloring paper using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, I cut them all using the matching dies, and colored everything using my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Graph’it brush markers.
And each time I make a monochromatic card, my thinking process is the same: I picture the images in my head with colors, and where I would have used a light color (e.g. yellow or aqua) I’m using light shades of grey, where I would have used a medium color (e.g. pink or green) I’m using medium shades of grey, and where I would have used a dark color (e.g. black or purple) I’m using dark shades of grey. It’s that simple ^^
Next I cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches Strathmore bristol smooth panel, and created a spooky night sky. I first masked a circle in the middle of my piece of paper, and colored the rest of the panel using hickory smoke and black soot distress inks. I mixed some black soot distress ink with water and used a small brush to add splatters on the paper, and I did the same with white ink. I removed the circle mask, let the paper dry, masked the whole panel but the circle, and then added a little bit of hickory smoke distress ink all along the rounded edges of that circle.
To add more spookiness to my night sky, I used the Spooky Sky stencils. I first added some clouds using black soot distress and a very light hand, I didn’t want them to be bold black. And I added a few bats using black soot distress ink again, but this time I used a heavier hand because I wanted those bats to really pop against my night cloudy sky.
I heat embossed my “Boo To You” greeting from Ghost Friends in the middle of the moon using clear embossing ink and silver embossing powder, I attached all my images using foam squares, and as always I finished my card by adding highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen.
And that’s it! I hope that my card will inspire you to give the monochromatic coloring a try! Thank you so much for stopping by, have a great day.

Hello, Gemma here with a beautiful sunflower bouquet card, using the new Fall Jar stamp set.
I began by stamping out the images from theFall Jarstamp setwith Memento rich cocoa ink. I like using this ink for a softer look, and it works especially well with autumnal images.
I coloured everything in with copic markers, then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. Over the jar and sunflowers, I spritzed a clear sparkle spray. This is so pretty in real life but almost impossible to capture on camera. There are sentiments included in the Fall Jar stamp set, but I chose one from the previously released Spring Jar stamp set instead.
I arranged all the images and then attached them to the jar, using either liquid glue or foam tape. Next, I worked on the background. I used the new Layered Fall Wreath stencils. There are two layers in this stencil, and I just used the same Scattered Straw distress oxide ink on both layers. This gives a lovely tone on tone look, which compliments the other colours on the card.
I flicked the card with gold perfect pearls then, once dry, die cut it with the largest die in the Stitched Torn Rectanglesset.
I adhered the panel to an A2 card base, followed by the fall jar images. I finished by adding some white gel pen highlights.
Thanks so much for joining me today! I hope this card inspired you.

Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I am back with a mix of older and new Fall themed stamps! I love that the new products work so well with previously released stamps so you can bring in what you already have in your crafty stash with your new products.
As always, we’re starting with our stenciling because I’ll be using some stenciling paste and I want to make sure our background has plenty of time to dry. I used a panel of woodgrain cardstock trimmed to 4×5.25” and blended on Ground Espresso Distress Ink through the Deco Leaves Stencil. When I was happy with the color, I cleaned off the stencil and added some stencil paste – this one is called Overheated Solar Paste.
While the background is drying, I stamped the images I wanted to use from the Autumn Wreath stamp set and Fall Jar stamp set with a brown ink that is alcohol marker friendly using a MISTI. I used my Ohuhu Art Markers to color them in and then put them back in the MISTI to stamp the images again with Pinecone VersaFine Clair. Since I kept the stamps in the same spot, I now have a vibrant, brown outline to all of my images and I just LOVE how they look.
I used the Autumn Wreath coordinating dies and Fall Jar coordinating dies to cut out all of my images and by now my background is dry and we’re ready to assemble. I added the background with a tape runner to the center of my A2 card base in white cardstock. I glued down my wreath with liquid adhesive and added my jar with foam adhesive. I layered in the rest of the images with a mix of liquid adhesive and foam adhesive to give everything some dimension!
I’m so ready for Fall to get here! I’m pretending with my crafting and drinking Pumpkin Spice Latte, but these images are just so perfect for the upcoming season. I hope you liked this card and remember to check out the video to see all the details of the card come together!

I used the Fall Cornucopia die set. This die set includes the basket and lots of fruits and vegetables to add to the basket. I die cut all of the pieces and added some ink to edges to add depth.
For the background of my card, I used the Layered Foliage Stencils. This stencil consists of fall leaves. I added a light brown ink to the stencil and then added the same ink to the edges of the cardstock. I wanted a very subtle background since the cornucopia would be the focal point of the card.

Welcome everyone. This is Amanda from Twiddler’s Nook. I’m excited to be here to share a card I created using the new Acorn Shaker dies and those adorable Cozy Fall Critters. Today’s card is a 5×7 card so that I could fit all three acorns on it without cutting too much off the edge. If you don’t like making large cards, you could reflect the design with only two acorns on a standard A2 card and it would be cute as can be!
I started with the acorns first. I inked up a couple white panels with the new Deco Leaves stencil, then traced the acorn shaker die and cut them out. Then I cut the pieces for my acorns with kraft and brown cardstock. Next, I stamped and colored critters fromCozy Fall Critters, then cut them out with the coordinating dies. I used liquid glue to assemble the layers together and then trimmed off any excess from the stenciled panels and my critters.
I created a white 5×7 inch card base and also trimmed a piece of teal cardstock to 4.75 x 6.75 inches. I inked the edges with peacock feathers and gathered twigs distress oxide inks and splattered the panel with water. After blotting it dry, I added foam tape to the back and adhered it to my card base.
Next, I positioned my acorns on the card front and used liquid glue to adhere them to each other. After letting it dry for a minute, I flipped them over and added foam tape to the back of them. I tied some jute twine around the left side of my card and then placed my acorns on the front.
Last, I stamped a sentiment from Autumn Pumpkins and die cut it using the coordinating die. Then I added a scattering of espresso confetti bits around the design. A few other finishing touches were adding black glaze pen to the critter’s eyes and glossy accents their noses.
I appreciate you sharing your time with me. Have a fabulous day! Amanda
