Hi Friends! It’s Dana here today with a fun summer card to share with you all.
For my card, I used the Summer Borders stamp and coordinating dies. I stamped the ice cream border on colored cardstock and then used the coordinating Summer Borders die to cut them out. Once my borders were die cut I attached them to a card panel with foam tape for a little added dimension. I trimmed the panel down and attached it to an A2 card base.
To finish my card, I used theSummer Fun stamp set for my sentiment. Although these border sets are fun to color, I think they also work great to stamp on colored cardstock for a quick and easy card. I hope I inspired you to give this design a try.
That is all for today… A clean and simple card, perfect for summer! Enjoy your day!
Hey there, my crafty pals! It’s Leica here, and I’m super excited to share a really cute shaker card that I made using the amazing fruit products from Pretty Pink Posh. This card is not only adorable but also incredibly easy to make. Trust me, it’s a breeze! So, let’s dive in, and I’ll show you how you can create your own shaker card that will bring a big smile to your recipient’s face.
To start, I used a 4-inch square piece of white cardstock as the base for my card. The main feature of this card was the Layered Watermelon Stencil, which created a playful watermelon background. I used a combination of colorful inks like Festive Berries, Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron, Worn Lipstick, and Glacier White to give the card a fresh and summery vibe. To make it a shaker card, I added a sheet of acetate around this panel, making it interactive. For the shaker elements, I used a mix of Lime Shimmer and Watermelon Crush. These cute little embellishments added a touch of whimsy and brought the watermelon theme to life.
Next, I mounted the watermelon panel onto a 4.5-inch square red cardstock for a fun pop of color. Then, I used the Watermelon Stamp Set to heat emboss the words “Hi Sweet” onto a strip of black cardstock. To make the sentiment really stand out, I cut the word “Friend” from red and pink cardstock and glued it onto the clear plastic.
Finally, I made a 4.5-inch square white card base and glued the card panel onto it. And voila! That’s it for my card.
I hope you enjoyed my shaker card and that it inspired you to create one of your own. Have an awesome day!
The year is flying by and while the weather is hot here in Washington, we know that some of you are starting Christmas projects. Our big holiday release is in October, but if you want to stock up on some “oldies but goodies” in the Christmas section, now is the time!
Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I am embracing Christmas in July and wanted to show how you can mix and match floral stamp sets to put in the wagon image from the Flower Garden stamp set! For this card, I am using the Poinsettia Corners stamp set so we can make a Christmas card.
To make sure it has enough time to dry, we’re going to start with the stenciled background. I cut a piece of olive green cardstock with the second largest square from the Wonky Stitched Squares Dies. Using the Swiss Dots Stencil, I added in Game Over Lunar Paste which is a cranberry red stencil paste.
I stamped my images next with alcohol marker friendly black ink and white cardstock so I could color them in with my Ohuhu Art Honolulu Markers. If you would like to know which colors, I have the marker caps showing in the video and read the colors as well. After coloring in the wagon from the Flower Garden stamp setand poinsettias from the Poinsettia Corners stamp set, I used the Flower Garden coordinating dies and Poinsettia Corners coordinating diesto cut them out.
When coloring the wagon, I did not color any of the floral images and trimmed the image down so there was just a small area for me to use foam adhesive to add my poinsettias. I also layered in the smaller poinsettias around the wagon with liquid adhesive and attached the images to my stenciled wonky square.
For the background of the card, I cut a piece of cranberry red cardstock to 4×5-1/4″ and added Walnut Stain Distress Ink around the edges as well as splattering to create some interest on the background cardstock and would not look too plain. While it was drying, I embossed my sentiment from the Holiday Scripts stamp set in white on black cardstock and used the Holiday Scripts coordinating dies to cut them out.
To assemble the card, I glued the red cardstock to the center of an A2 card base and then the stenciled background with images to the top of the card so there is an even border around the top and sides of the wonky square. I glued my Merry Christmas sentiment beneath the square and added a few 4mm Clear Droplets for some added shine but keeping my color scheme.
I hope you have some fun “altering” your wagon garden with different floral sets from Pretty Pink Posh!
Hello there! It’s Leica here, and I’m so excited to share a colorful and fun shaker card with you today. For this card, I used the amazing Layered Citrus Stencils, the Hot Foil – Friend Script, and the Citrus stamp set. Trust me, the vibrant colors in this card will surely bring joy to the lucky recipient.
To get started, I took a white cardstock panel in the A2 size and used the Layered Citrus Stencils to stencil a fantastic citrus pattern. I used Distress Oxide Inks in Dried Marigold + Spiced Marmalade, Mowed Lawn + Twisted Citron, Spun Sugar + Kitsch Flamingo, and Squeezed Lemonade + Fossilized Amber. The layered stencils allowed me to customize the colors of the citrus fruits, making it so much fun!
Next, I used the Fancy Cake Dies to create a lovely teal frame. I attached a sheet of acetate to the back of the frame and added foam tape around it, creating a perfect space for the shaker bits. For the shaker bits, I used the Fruit Smoothie Clay Confetti, which features a delightful mix of colors. It adds such a wonderful touch to the card!
For the sentiment, I used the hot foiling technique to create the word “Friend” using the Friend Script and teal foil on white cardstock. I also added a sub-sentiment by white heat embossing words on a strip of pink cardstock. These sentiments were then adhered to the acetate.
Lastly, I attached the card panel onto an A2-sized card base. It was an easy and breezy process, and the final result turned out super cute!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Wishing you a fantastic day filled with happiness and lots of crafting fun!
Hello, Gemma here today sharing how to create a potted lemon tree card using the new Fruit Tree die set.
I began by die cutting the pieces from the Fruit Tree die set – tree trunk, leaves and lemons.
Next, I looked for something to create a plant pot. There’s a die in the Birthday Mug Additions die setthat is a good size, although I wanted it to be slightly narrower. I die cut it from white card, then shifted the die over and ran it through the machine again, to cut away a little from one side. I also trimmed it across the top to get a straight edge.
Around the edges of a mini slimline card base (3.5 x 6”), I blended stormy sky distress oxide ink. I added the same colour to the die cut plant pot.
On a white card panel, slightly smaller than my card base, I stamped a sentiment from the Citrus stamp set. I then adhered this panel to my card.
Next, I adhered the tree trunk and plant pot, followed by the leaves and the lemons. I added a couple of lemons next to the plant pot to finish.
Hey there, crafty friends! It’s Leica here with a shaker card. Trust me, it’s really easy to make and the end result is absolutely adorable.
To get started, I took a white panel of cardstock, sized A2, and used the Layered Strawberries Stencils to create a charming strawberry pattern. I used Distress Oxide Inks in Festive Berries, Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron, Worn Lipstick, and the Ranger Pigment Ink Pad in Glacier White. These layered stencils are fantastic and give a lovely summer vibe to the background of my shaker card.
Next, I used the Fancy Cake Dies to create a lovely pink frame. I added a sheet of clear acetate to the back of the frame and used foam tape to create a little well for the shaker bits. Inside the shaker, I added the Strawberry Banana Clay Confetti, which looks absolutely delightful.
For the sentiment, I white heat embossed the words “You Make Me” on a strip of black cardstock. Then, I used the pink foil to hot foil the “Smile Script”. I cut out the smile script using the Smile Shadow die and also cut out another one in teal. I glued the teal one slightly off-center to add a fun pop of color. Finally, I adhered the sentiments onto the acetate.
Lastly, I attached the completed card onto an A2-sized card base. I love how quick and easy it was to create this card, thanks to the Layered Strawberries Stencils.

Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I have a new video to share with you all today. I always struggle with making sure I have enough birthday cards for my nephews! So I wanted to share a process today that makes 2 mini slimline cards that can be used for any one, and honestly any occasion.
To make sure it has enough time to dry, we’re going to start with the stenciled background. I have a piece of light green cardstock trimmed to 6×6” and I used the Streamers Stencils to give a jungle feel as you can see with the theme I’m going for! I used the A Stencil with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink and the B Stencil with Crocodile Tears Solar Paste. In between the layers, I splattered on some metallic orange watercolor.
I stamped a bunch of critters from the Jungle Friends and Jungle Additionsstamp sets with alcohol marker friendly black ink. I used the coordinating dies for both sets to cut them out and attached them to my low tack sticky mat which helps them stay in place while I’m coloring them in with my Ohuhu Art Alcohol Markers.
We can’t have a jungle without any leaves so I stamped two of my favorite leaves from both the Jungle Friends and Jungle Additionsstamp sets with a green ink on green cardstock. I wanted to add the leaf details without having to do more coloring, so this is a great way to get green leaves without markers! I used the coordinating dies for both sets on the leaves and set them aside. I cut more leaves by using one of the Stitched Leafy Borders Dies with some green glitter paper.
Everything is ready to be trimmed and assembled now! I trimmed the stenciled background down to two pieces that measure 5.5×2.75”, a piece of orange cardstock to two pieces that measure 5.75×3” and card bases that measure 6×3.25” when scored in half. I glued them all together so the orange cardstock is a mat for the stenciled background on the card base. I layered the leaves and glued them down with liquid adhesive and popped up my critters with foam adhesive.
Using the same green ink, I stamped the “hugs” sentiment from the Heart Critters stamp set and used its coordinating die to cut it out. I glued it to the open space in the upper right of the cards. To add some final touches, I adhered down a few of the Lime Shimmer Confetti Mix.
I hope this inspires you to make some cards for any occasion today!
Hello, my creative friends! It’s Leica here on the PPP blog today. I want to show you a fun card I made with the Fruit Mug Additions Dies. The main focus of the card is a delicious margarita drink. It has quickly become my favorite product from the latest release. Let’s get started!
First, I prepared a white card base that’s the size of a standard A2 card. Then, I used the Streamers Stencils with Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks to add some colorful patterns. To make it more interesting, I splattered some white ink.
Next, I took a piece of vellum to create a softer background. I added a yellow frame around it using the Fancy Cake Dies. I really like how the frame gives my cards a nice border.
Then, I used the Winter Mug Dies to cut out the mug shape and made a window for the shaker element using the Fruit Mug Additions Dies. I turned the mug into a short glass by removing the handle. To make the shaker, I attached a clear plastic sheet on the back of the mug, just below the rim. It’s important to keep the plastic below the rim so you can put a stirrer or straw into the glass. I added foam around the frame of the mug to create a space for the shaker, and I put in some Lemon Lime Clay Confetti and vellum cut into ice cubes. I also cut lime slices from green cardstock and glued them onto the card, as well as one on the rim of the glass. To make it more realistic, I added salt around the rim using Diamond Dust and Nuvo Crystal Drops as the glue.
For the sentiment, I cut out the word “cheers” from teal glitter cardstock. I layered a few pieces to give it dimension. I also heat embossed the phrase “Happy birthday to you” in white on a strip of black cardstock.
Of course, no Pretty Pink Posh card is complete without some confetti. I added some Lemon Shimmer Mix for extra sparkle and interest.
And that’s all for my margarita birthday card. I absolutely adore the Fruit Mug Additions Dies. I’ve already made so many cards with them, and I’ll be sharing more card ideas soon.
Hello, my crafty pals! It’s Leica here, and today I want to share a delightful card with you featuring the new Fruit Mug Additions. I’ve been eager to try out the Tic Tac Toe Die for a while, and finally, I found the perfect opportunity to use it.
To get started, I took a 4.5-inch square piece of white cardstock and gently blended Worn Lipstick and Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink on it using the Layered XOXO Stencils. This created a playful background for the card.
Next, I cut out a few strawberries from watercolor paper. I painted four of them in pink and five in red. Then, I used the Tic Tac Toe die on purple cardstock and also on a few pieces of white cardstock. I glued them together to give them some dimension.
After that, I cut a 4-inch square piece of vellum to add a soft touch to the background. I attached the strawberries using foam tape and glued the tic tac toe on the vellum. For the sentiment, I stamped “You’re Berry Sweet” on a strip of light blue cardstock and mounted it in the center of the card using foam tape.
Finally, I made a 4.5-inch white card base, and ta-da! My card is complete. Thank you so much for visiting, and I hope this inspires you to create a card for a friend or loved one. Also, don’t forget to explore your collection of older sets to see how they can be combined with the latest products.
