Hi friends! Tammy here sharing a sweet Valentine’s themed card, featuring  products from the brand new release!

Day 3: Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

To begin, I die cut Bristol smooth cardstock using the new Slimline: Peekaboo Window Die Set. Next, using the new Lattice Stencil, I created a fun background by blending Festive Berries, Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick, and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide inks. Next, I splattered some pink and black acrylic paint onto my background for interest.

Day 3: Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut the following sets:
Valentine CirclesCoordinating Dies
Valentine Hearts (heart)/ Coordinating Dies
Monkey FriendsCoordinating Dies
Jungle Friends (vines)/ Coordinating Dies

Day 3: Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

Next, I die cut a white scalloped circle using the Scallop Circles Dies and layered over an ink blended circle and attached to the center of the inked background. I then attached the colored Valentine Circles to a white scalloped circle cut using the Valentine Circles Coordinating Dies. Lastly, I cut a strip of black cardstock using the Simple Strips Dies and white heat embossed the sentiment from the All My Love Stamp Set, added a couple of little red hearts die cut from the Heart Vines Die, and attached to a white card base to complete my card!

Hi everyone, Leica here for the second day of our birthday celebration blog hop!

Today I am sharing a birthday slimline card using new items from Pretty Pink Posh. First, I cut a 3.5” x 8.5” panel in white cardstock and used the Wide Stripes Stencil and brushed with distress oxides in Picked Raspberry, Antique Linen, and Spiced Marmalade. I then cut a slightly smaller panel and used the Layered Confetti Stencils using the same inks above. Next, I die cut a pink cardstock using the larger die from the Slimline: Scallop Frames Die Set and glued on the panel with the confetti print.

Day 2: Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

Next, I stamped images from the Party Days stamp set, colored with Copic markers, and cut with the coordinating dies. I backed them with a yellow cardstock cut using the scallop square from the same die set. I then heat embossed the sentiments from the Let’s Party stamp set in white onto black cardstock that I cut using the Simple Strips die.

Day 1: Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

If you missed Day 2 CLICK HERE //  If you missed Day 3 CLICK HERE

Hi Friends, welcome to day 1 of the birthday celebration blog hop. Melody here today and I am sharing two cards using two of the gifts that are FREE with qualifying $100 purchases this month in the Pretty Pink Posh Shop. Details are at the bottom of this post.

First up is a look at the Celebrate Script Die, perfect for holidays and occasions throughout the year. I used the die with the new Birthday Cake Die Set. I started by cutting the die from white card stock to create the card front. Then I used the die again to cut the balloons, candles, and frosting. I inlaid the colored cardstock back in the card front. I also added a coat of glitter to the frosting.

I stenciled the cake with the new Lattice Stencil. The background is stenciled with the new Layered Confetti Stencil. This is a set of three stencils that layer to create a fun background! I added a layer of vellum between the card front and the background.

I die cut the Celebrate Script Die twice, once from white cardstock and once from a light weight chipboard and layered the two die cuts together. Then I blended Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry Distress Inks. I finished off the cake with the new Sweetheart Rhinestones

My second card is created with the Hedgehog Birthday Stamp Set.  I stamped the image in Memento Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. I lightly blended Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink in the background. I framed the image with the smaller die in the Scallop Frames Dies

Next I stenciled the background. Starting at the bottom of the card front I blended a pale green, lavender, and pale pink ink. Then I stenciled the background with the Layered Confetti Stencils in the same colors. I finished off the card with the new Cupcake Clay Confetti.

I used the Hi Shaker die to die cut the center out of each of the stenciled card bases. Then I layered the scalloped edges of the die-cut into the card bases. The little bits of grass peeking through are from the new  Nature Essentials Die. I used Mowed Lawn and Pine Needles Distress Oxide inks to add colors to the die cuts. I then stamped the sentiment from the Jungle Friends stamp set using black ink onto the card bases. I used foam tape to glue the lion, monkey, and tiger to their card bases and the tropical leaves as well.

Gemma here today to share a card showcasing the new Simple Sentiments stamp set with the new Stitched Strips die set. The perfect combination!

I was excited to see the new Simple Sentiments stamp set in the June release. There are sentiments for every occasion and the simple font works well on its own or with the many beautiful scripty sentiments by Pretty Pink Posh.

I began by die cutting different widths of the Stitched Strips die set from 5 colours of card stock. If unsure of what colours to use, try searching for colour combos on Pinterest as there’s lots of inspiration available.

I cut a piece of thin copy paper and adhered the strips to it using liquid glue, then trimmed the panel down to be 4 1/8 inches square before adhering to my 4 5/8 inches white square card base.

I die cut the wider Stitched Strip again from the coloured card stock. I then stamped sentiments repeatedly on the strips with a clear embossing ink, and heat embossed with WOW Opaque Bright White embossing powder.

To finish it off, I adhered these strips to my card with foam tape, for extra dimension and to draw the eye to these sentiment strips.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 3

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 3

If you missed Day 1 CLICK HERE //  If you missed Day 2 CLICK HERE

Hi, everyone! Angelica here, and I’m excited to be sharing two cards made with some of the new January Release products from Pretty Pink Posh.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 3

My first card showcases the new Balloon Shaker die. I used double-sided adhesive to attach Rainbow Shattered Glass Deco Foil to white card stock, then die-cut it with the Balloon Shaker die. I stamped a background panel with birthday hats from the new Party Friends stamp set then used the Balloon Die to die-cut a shaker window. On the backside of the panel, I added 1/8″ Scor tape around the die-cut window. I attached a piece of acetate onto the adhesive to close the window. I turned the panel around and added the foiled balloon die cut to the front. I turned the panel back around and added thin foam adhesive strips around the window. I filled the window with Party jewel Mix, and closed the back of the window with a piece of acetate. I added foam adhesive all over the back of the panel, and attached it to a card base. To finish the card, I used a shimmer pen and Crystal Glaze to add sparkle and shine. I used a T-ruler and gold gel pen to draw a string, and finished the card with a gold die-cut Bow and a single Metallic Gold Jewel.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 3

My second card is a clean and simple card, featuring candles from Birthday Borders stamp set.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 3

I stamped a single row of candles, and colored them with Copic Markers. I did really simple coloring, in a rainbow order, and finished the candles with shadows, using C1 and C3 markers. I stamped a birthday sentiment from Everyday Greetings stamp set. I added adhesive to the back of the panel, and attached it to a card base to finish the card.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 2

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 2

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the Pretty Pink Posh 6th birthday celebration! If you missed Day 1, click here.

Leica here and today I am sharing a happy birthday pop-up box card using the new Party Friends stamp set

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 2

To start, I created the Lawn Fawn pop-up box as directed, in Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock. The patterned paper that I used are from Echo Park Happy Birthday 6×6 paper pad.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 2

Next, I stamped the adorable critters from the Party Friends set on white 110lb cardstock, using Memento Tuxedo black ink. I colored them with the following Copic sketch markers and die cut with the coordinating dies:

Mice – N0, N1, R00

Koala – 0, C1, C3

Cake – BG10, BG11, BG15, Y11, Y13, Y15, V12, V15, RV00, RV10, RV11

Lion – Y21, Y23, Y26, E000, E00, E11

Gift – RV10, RV11, RV13, V12, V15, V17

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 2

I then stamped “make a wish” to the banner that the cute little mice are holding. Next, I stamped “happy birthday” to a rectangular piece and stamped the confettis around the sentiment. I used the same copic markers mentioned above. It was so much fun to stamp the confettis to create the background.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 2

Lastly, I glued the adorable koala and lion in the back insert piece, the cute little mice holding a banner in the front insert piece, little star die cuts that are glued to acetate, and the happy birthday sentiment in the front flap of the box.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 1

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 1

Hello, Gemma here today to share a love themed card featuring lots of fabulous new products from the Pretty Pink Posh January release. Also, we are celebrating day 1 of our three birthday celebration!

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 1

I’ve been so inspired by all the amazing slimline card designs I’ve seen and am enjoying creating my own CAS style slimline cards. I wanted to combine the large sentiment from the Love set with the beautiful Large Floral Hearts set, so a slimline card is the perfect dimension for that.

I began by stamping out the images I want to use from the Love set, Large Floral Hearts set, and the Pond Friends set. I coloured all my images with copic markers, then die cut them with the coordinating dies.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 1

To give my letters and floral heart some dimension, I die cut two extra layers from white card and stacked them behind. This is a great way to get even dimension for your die cuts.

Next, I took a piece of card cut to the same width as my slimline card base, but slightly shorter. I heat embossed a border from the Love Borders stamp set along to lower edge, using a white pearl embossing powder. I love the subtle look this gives.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 1

Before adhering the panel to my card base, I added a piece of white pearl card to show along the lower edge. It’s tricky to capture this in the photo, but I think it gives a lovely finish to the card and matches the embossed border really well.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration- Day 1

I used liquid glue to adhere the letters to the card, using the floral heart in place on the V in LOVE. Finally, I added the two swans on the heart, using some foam tape where they sit on the card base.
