Day 1: October Blog Hop + New Release Video

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am back with a fun holiday card to share with you all. 

I started my card by using the Christmas Lights Garland die set to make my strands of lights. This die set is so easy to use and I just love all of the fun color combinations you can create with it. There is one die for the string of lights and one die that cuts out five bulbs at once, so it’s really quick and easy. I made four strands of lights and attached them to a card panel I created with the Pierced Snowflakes Plate.

Next, I used the Fancy Cake die to add a stitched frame around the panel. Lastly, I used the Holly Jolly Shadow die for my sentiment. I die cut the sentiment from red and white cardstock and added foam adhesive to the back before attaching it to my card panel to finish my card.
