Sneak Peek: September 2024 Stencils

Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I am so excited to be sharing a sneak peek at two of the new stencils that will be released!

I want to start with my favorite new stencil from this release as it works perfectly with a coordinating stamp and die set! The Solid Fall Foliage stencils create beautiful fall images with the layered set. I used different Autumn inspired inks to color in the leaves, mushrooms, berries and acorn for the (A) stencil, then brought browns for the (B) stencil on a light brown cardstock. Alternatively, you could use the Solid Fall Foliage stamp set to stamp the details, but the stenciling is so quick and easy!

Next I stamped “Happy Autumn” from the Solid Fall Foliage stamp set and embossed it in a white embossing powder on brown cardstock. Then I used the Solid Fall Foliage coordinating dies to cut out the sentiment and all of the stenciled images! I layered the images on a Mini Scallop Card cut from brown cardstock to finish the card.

For my second card, I really wanted to use the new mushroom themed products so I started with stenciling the Layered Mushroom Stencils with red inks with the (A) stencil, light brown with the (B) stencil, and stencil paste with the (C) stencil. Once it was dry, I cut it with the largest Eyelet Rectangle Dies and adhered it to center of an A2 card base.

I stamped my sentiment in brown ink on kraft cardstock from the Fall Bouquets stamp set and used the coordinating die to cut it out. Next I built my shaker using the Mushroom Shaker dies out of red and light brown cardstock and acetate. I think it looks so cute with the Fall Mushroom Clay Confetti! I adhered the shaker to the center of the card and layered the sentiment as well.
