Sneak Peek: Christmas Dinosaurs

Hi, friends! It’s Lauren and I am so excited to be sharing a little peek at an adorable new Christmas set, Christmas Dinosaurs stamp set and coordinating dies. The dinos getting ready for Christmas are just the cutest and I love that you can mix them with previously released dinosaur products!

New release will be available October 11th

Sneak Peek: Christmas Dinosaurs

I started my background panel (3.25 x 4.5”) with the Dino Dig Stencil with different color Distress Inks. I used Tea Dye and Vintage Photo for the ground and rocks; and I used Chipped Sapphire, Villainous Potion and Black Soot for the night sky. For the stars, I used Shooting Star Lunar Paste and set it aside to dry.

Next I stamped my images from the Christmas Dinosaurs stamp set with alcohol marker friendly black ink and colored them in with Ohuhu Art Honolulu Markers. When I was done coloring, I used the Christmas Dinosaurs coordinating dies to cut them out. I also cut a yellow patterned paper panel to A2 (4.25 x 5.5”) and the largest Eyelet Rectangles Die out of sparkly white cardstock.

Once my background was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Dinosaurs stamp set and embossed it with white detailed embossing powder. I adhered my patterned paper panel to my A2 card base, then the Eyelet Rectangles Die layer and finally I popped up my stenciled panel with foam adhesive.

I layered on my images with foam adhesive around the card and even added some sparkly clear embellishment to the Christmas lights on the palm tree and Stegosaurus. I hope you enjoyed this sneak peek of the new Christmas Dinosaurs stamp set and coordinating dies; you’re absolutely going to love the rest of the release. Making Christmas projects is going to be so much fun!

Join us tomorrow for another day of sneak peeks!
