Hello everyone, Joni here participating in the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. Pretty Pink Posh is one of the sponsors and we thought it would be a good time to share some sneaks of the upcoming products for the coming October 5th release.
To begin my card, I first stamped the coffee images from the upcoming Christmas Friends stamp set. The different sized leaves and groundhogs are from the upcoming Giving Thanks stamp set. I also stamped the sentiment on the card base. Then, cut the larger frame from the Scallop Ovals dies to create a shaker for my card.
Here’s another closer look at the card and also the stamps!
We hope that you enjoyed today’s card and look at the upcoming release. Also, we hope we inspired you to create a fun fall themed coffee cards for the blog hop.
We’ll be back tomorrow with a special post about an exclusive product- see you then!

I don’t know about you, but yesterday I was so inspired by all the amazing inspiration. It’s amazing how just a few products can create so many unique cards! I have even more talented designers and special guests for you today and let’s just say, you are going to want to craft after you see what they made!
I stamped the fox image on Bristol paper with Versafine Ink, colored with Copic markers, and then I cut it with the coordinating dies. I then stamped the clouds using a gray ink pad and then heat embossed “miss you” on it. As usual, I had to finish it off with my favorite Sparkling Clear sequins.
For the rest of the details on how I created my card, I will show in my five minutes video. Click the graphic below to watch it!

It’s time for our two day Product Release Blog Hop for the August 2016 release. Many of you have already placed orders, but for those who were wanting for more inspiration, today and tomorrow the design team and special guests have all sorts of inspiration to share!
Today the super sweet Jeanne has a card and mini tutorial for you all using the new Camping Friends stamp set!
It’s great to be able to use the dies to cut out shapes to insert into a scene, but today I’m going to show you how I used the dies to actually make the background. I wanted to create a starry sky over a grassy area as a background for the mischievous raccoon.
I started by stamping a panel of card stock with the moon and stars images. I colored them with Copic markers. Next I die cut the matching shapes and adhered them to the colored images with repositionable adhesive.
Next I added distress ink (wilted violet) over the stars covering about 2/3 of the panel. I mixed a little extra with water and splashed it over the panel to add the little dots you see. It adds a little dimension to the background – don’t worry if some go across the bottom panel of the paper. When the paper was dry I removed the die cut masks.
For the grassy area I used the curved border from the Stitched Borders 1 die set. I used the negative side of the die cut as a mask and blended distress ink to create a grassy hill.
Tip: Save the pretty stitched side of the die cut for another project.
I trimmed the background panel and framed it with the Scallop Frames die.
A few Summer Flowers make great accents for the grass- and there are so many colors to choose from in the store! Pretty Pink Posh makes it so easy to make!

Heather here to share a couple cards using the brand new Hero Arts August My Monthly Hero Box – featuring some Pretty Pink Posh 4mm Droplets – such a fun addition to this kit! We are really excited to be part of their kit this month and also part of their blog hop.
This is such a unique kit – I felt like it was very fresh and different than anything else I’ve been seeing around lately – I started off by putting together a shaker card filled with those Clear Droplets.
I die cut the Fancy Frame Die Set without the matching oval die, then blending on distress ink in two shades of green. I also stamped several of the little mushrooms and fern pieces in white pigment ink and the same two distress ink colors on the bottom, and added the sparkle star stamped several times in white around the rest of the outside.
The inside of the shaker card is two shades of yellow distress ink on watercolor paper, some water flicked on, and some white paint splattered over that.
I stamped and colored the fairy, die cut with the coordinating dies, and then added the included Clear Stickles on the wings, dress, and on selected areas around the frame – the leaves, and some of the stamped images on the bottom, then filled my shaker with lots of the clear droplets!
Next up I made a more flat one layer card using some of the papers that came in the kit, and using the clear droplets as embellishments on the front of the card.
This fairy was colored to match the purple papers in the pack, and also sparkled up the dress and wings.
This time I used the frame with the matching oval die, then used the oval die on it’s own to cut the translucent woodgrain paper for the back of it. Hard to see in the photos, but you can actually see through it a little to see the pattern paper underneath.
The sentiment was heat embossed on black cardstock, and the clear droplets glue on just perfectly with a drop of Glossy Accents.
Here is a look at what the complete kit looks like.
The kit contains:
A 4×6 clear stamp set
Three matching Frame Cuts dies
An oval border with frame Fancy Die set
Pretty Pink Posh Droplets
Ranger Star Dust Stickles
Three ink cubes in Bubble Gum, Orchid and Green Apple
Woodgrain Cardstock and Vellum
Other gems and cardstock
The kit value is over $50, and they are selling this one for $34.99.
Prizes: Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader – selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop. Be sure to hop along and leave comments on all the stops!
Here is the entire blog line up – in case you get lost along the way:

It’s day 2 of our collaboration blog hop with our friends at Avery Elle. If you missed yesterday’s post, click here. There were so many amazing ideas from designers all across the globe and don’t forget, if you hop along and leave comments, you just might win one of the gift certificates!
Today’s card features stamps from the Woodland Wonders and Wild Birthday sets from Avery Elle. If you know me, you know I love shaker cards, so I decided to make a shaker. I thought it paired so well with the animals and the banner was the perfect size to top my card!
I honestly couldn’t stop playing with these critters- I made three cards with them! I love how they have a cute and whimsy look to them and the possibilities are endless!
My go-to mix for shaker card is my popular Sparkling Clear Mix. Since it has four sizes mixed together, it makes it super easy. To add just a bit more iridescence, I added in the Iridescent Mini Circle Confetti, also releasing in August.
Prizes: be sure to leave comments on each stop- there are 2 $25 Avery Elle gift certificates and 2 $25 Pretty Pink Posh gift certificates. Both companies will pick two random comments left before July 24, 2016. Winners will be announced on the company blogs on July 26th.
Did you have a favorite project on the hop? I’d love to hear what caught your eye!
We hope that you enjoyed our two day blog hop. A giant thank you to Avery Elle and their team for being partnering with us. It truly was a joy to work with them!
I am so excited it’s finally time to share about this special collaboration blog hop that I’ve been keeping a secret. I’ve been a long-time fan of Avery Elle(pretty much since the beginning!) and I’ve had the great privilege to work with Jamie and her team on several occasions pre- PPP days. I thought it was time to bring our two companies together for a two day blog hop filled with inspiration from both teams featuring both companies!
It’s been quite a while since I got to craft and I was beyond giddy to pull out my Avery Elle sets and create. For today’s card, I used the adorable Woodland Wonders set and paired it with the Peek-A-Boo, Stitched Duo 2 and Scallop Frames die sets.
I adore these cute critters and thought having them peek out from the Peek-A-Boodie was a cute idea. I like how this looks, especially with the stitching element on the outside. To finish the “scene” I added those little grass elements and thought the little purple flowers from theLilac Garden Flowers Mix looked cute with it.
It’s rare that I create a card without adding the Sparkling Clear Mix and for this card, I changed it up and had it be part of my background! I put down a bunch of Multi Medium Matte and then added the sequins to the background. Such a fun look and it really makes the card shine in person!

It’s time for the Product Release Blog Hop for the May 2016 release. Many of you have already placed orders, but for those who were wanting for more inspiration, today the design team and special guests have all sorts of inspiration to share!
Today we have a special treat- a card by new PPP designer, Jeanne. I simply adore her style and as you’ll see from this card, she is super creative!
The bright pink cardstock was cut using the Stitched Borders 4 die set and made to look like curtains. How creative is this?!
Look at the creative way she used the branch and leaves from the set- so genius! I love that she stamped/ die cut some of the leaves, but on some leaves, she just used the die cut. To finish off the scene, she added a sprinkling of the Summer Flowers Mix. These little flowers go with the leaves perfectly!
In this photo you can really see the stitching detail that goes around the Storybook dies. It’s such a simple element, but it adds so much to your projects!
