Sneak Peek: Fall Icons + Patterned Apples

Hi friends, it’s Jeanne here. Fall is in the air and I’m so excited to share two projects made with the upcoming release from Pretty Pink Posh!

The Fall Icons stamp set includes 12 fabulous images that will have you thinking of all your fall favorites.  Pumpkins, apples, gourds and rainbow corn have me thinking of trips to the local farm stand. 

Colorful leaves, acorns, sunflowers and mushrooms are a walk in the woods!  And of course it wouldn’t be Fall without Thanksgiving with that cute little turkey!

The Fall Icons coordinating die set includes three circle dies perfect for stacking with the stamped images to add more color and layers to your designs.

The background for my card is the new Fall Words stencil that I added to craft paper with white embossing paste. The sentiment is from the Fall Harvest stamp set. 

For my second card we’re going to the Apple Orchard!  This card starts with the Layered Leaf Lattice stencil inked on a panel of pink cardstock. 

This set is for those of you who might not like to color. You can definitely stamp the apple outlines and color them as you like, but it’s so convenient to color them with the stamps in the set.  

The Patterned Apples stamp set includes three different size apples that you can stamp with solid, stripe, or dot patterns in the set. It also includes two different sized leaves as well as stems that you can also color with coordinating stamps. 

I inked my apples in shades of red, green and yellow, die cut them, and then arranged them on the card randomly.  Some of the apples are adhered flat to the card while others are raised with adhesive foam tape to add dimension. 

I think these apples are fabulous and I know they’ll be great for fall as well as teacher appreciation cards and gifts.
