Hugs & Kisses
Hello everyone! Melissa here with you today and I’ve got a sweet Hugs & Kisses card to share with you…just in time for Valentine’s Day.
I love starting my cards with stencils and Pretty Pink Posh has the most creative selection! I used the Layered Heart Lattice Stencils to create my background. I then added a couple of die cut Scallop Flag Tags and layered using dimensional adhesive. I stamped my sentiment using a sentiment from the Decorative Hearts stamp set.
Now comes the fun part…adding delightful embellishments to dress up my card. I used the darling, new Valentine Word Scenes stamps and dies to add “Hugs” across the bottom, using my Copic Markers and Crystal Stickles glitter to bring in a bit of shimmer.
I added a trio of layered hearts using the Stitched Hearts Dies, beginning with a vellum layer and ending with a red patterned paper heart. Lastly, I used florals from the Valentine Holder Additions dies and the Big Valentine Cupcake die. They make the perfect, sweet addition.
