Halloween Theme Week: Day 5

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am sharing a fun Halloween shaker card for Halloween Week! I love creating fun (not scary) Halloween cards and Pretty Pink Posh always releases the cutest products for Halloween crafting! They all coordinate and can be used together to give you so many fun options and possibilities. So I picked a few of my favorites to use to create a card to share with you all.

I started my card by creating my spider shaker with the Spider Shaker dies. I ran the die through my die cutting machine multiple times and stacked the dies together to create some depth. I added a piece of acetate over the opening and filled the shaker with the Spellbound shaker beads. Next, I added one more spider frame to cover the acetate edges. I then used the Halloween Holder Additions dies along with the Ghost Holder dies to add some fun accessories to my spider. 

For my card panel, I used the Spider Web Cover Plate. I die cut the web and attached it to a card panel that I ink blended with aqua ink. I also added a few splatters with black and white ink for some added detail. I then attached my spider shaker to the center of my panel and used the Halloween Greetings set for my sentiment. Lastly, I added a few small spiders that I die cut with the Spider Web Cover Plate, and of course I added googly eyes for some added fun!
