Easter Bunny Basket

Hi there my crafty and creative friends! It’s Wanda here, guesting on the awesome PPP Blog today! I am very happy to join you for the new release this month. Easter is one of my favorite holidays, and I just adore the pretty pastel and Spring colors! And I always love what PPP does for Spring – don’t you?!

I have a colorful Easter card to share with you today. I used the Candy Bucket Dies along with the brand new Easter Bucket Additions, Easter Greetings, Grass Border Die, and MORE! I used all the spring colors too. My finished card is a white A2 card base, layered with gingham, and that beautiful Eyelet Rectangle Die. 

I started by die cutting and assembling the Candy Bucket, using light gray and white. Then I die cut the grass, the eggs and the carrots out of colored cardstock. I used Copic Markers to add shading to all the die cut pieces. I splattered on some white paint and used a white gel pen to add highlights. 

I assembled the Candy Bucket and the Bunny pieces. Then I added the grass, eggs and carrots inside the bucket. I added a bow at the top of the bucket handle. Then, I added a few gems and hearts for just a little bit of sparkle.

I stamped the sentiment using the new Easter Greetings stamp set and die cut it with the matching dies. Some Bunny Loves You! It’s the perfect sentiment!
