Christmas Theme Week: Day 5
Hello, it’s Jeanne here. It’s Christmas theme week at Pretty Pink Posh and today I’ve got something SWEET for you ….. CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES! I love this stamp set that includes six different decorated cupcakes that are sure to have you smiling!

My card starts with a stenciled Layered Winter Wreath background on soft pink cardstock. This is a three layer set that is super easy to work with and all you need are three colors – one for the branches, another for berries and a third for greenery.
The oval design that the stencil creates is the perfect focal point for a holiday sentiment. All that’s left is to embellish it with colorful cupcakes and a sweet bow adhered with adhesive foam tape. This gives them a little lift that adds dimension to your design.
The cupcake images are clean line designs that are easy to color. The hardest part for me was deciding which of these yummies to feature on my design.

Jeanne, your card is stunning and so cheerful for the Holidays. The colors you used in your striped cupcake ‘base’ is beautiful, and the sentiment Jolly Wishes is perfect. I just love both the Christmas Cupcakes Stamps and the Layered Winter Wreath Stencil Sets. The creative possibilities with these sets are endless, I think they would be so fun to work with.
