Sneak Peek: Easter Wreath
Hello crafty friends! It’s Leica here today with a sneak peek of the new Easter Wreath stamp set which will be available on March 14th. This is another beautiful set to add to the other previously-released Wreath collection.
To start, I stamped the wreath on white cardstock in Memento Rich Cocoa Ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and cut with the Easter Wreath coordinating die.
Next, I cut a 4.5” square panel in white cardstock. I used the new Floral Background Stencil to create a Spring background. The colors I used are Dried Marigold, Kitsch Flamingo, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Inks. To make the shaker element, I cut a 5.5” acetate and wrapped it around the panel, adhering the tabs with double sided tape. I added some Bunny Garden Clay Confetti before adhering the last flap down. I then layered this panel on top of a 5” pink cardstock.
For the sentiment, I stamped the Easter Greetings onto a strip of Kraft cardstock. I adhered the wreath and sentiment onto the acetate with double-sided tape. Lastly, I adhered the panel onto a 5” square card base.
That’s all for this card. I hope that I’ve inspired you to create Easter cards for your friends and loved ones. Stop by tomorrow for another day of sneak peeks!
