Trick or Treat Wreath

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today sharing a Halloween card that uses the new Halloween Wreath stamp set

Pretty Pink Posh: Trick or Treat Wreath

I started my card by stamping the Halloween Wreath with a Copic friendly black ink. I then colored the wreath images with Copic markers and used the Halloween Wreath coordinating die to cut it out.

For my card panel I used a die from the Stitched Borders 1 die set to create my zig zag edge at the bottom of my white panel. I then splattered the panel with a little paint and set it aside to dry. Next, I began working on the stripes at the bottom. I used the Simple Strips Dies to cut a variety of strips in coordinating colors. I attached the strips to a thin piece of paper, added the white panel and trimmed everything down.

Next, I stamped my sentiment from the Halloween Wreath set onto a piece of black cardstock and heat set it with white embossing powder. I then attached the wreath over the sentiment with foam adhesive for a little added dimension. Lastly, I attached the cute little spice to a piece of baker’s twine and hung it down from the wreath. That little spider just makes me smile.
