Hello Pretty Pink Posh blog readers! Lindsay here with you today with a fun way to use smaller images from stamp sets that can sometimes be forgotten. I’m highlighting the Joy Stamp Set from the latest release.

I like to use the Gina K Wreath Builder Stencil for even stamping with smaller images. For this card I used the 4” template and a piece of white cardstock to start. I started stamping my images with Momento Tuxedo Black ink. In order to fit the maximum amount of images I rotated the paper an extra turn each time in order to stamp each image 4 times rather than 8.

After creating my patterned background using all of the cute smaller images from Joy Stamp Set I got to copic coloring. After finishing my coloring I felt that the background needed a bit more excitement, so I took the small stars from the Joy Stamp Set and stamped with various ink colors to match my copic coloring.

Now that my background was complete, I cut a piece of vellum out from the Stitched Diamond Dies as a spot for my sentiment. I gold heat embossed the long sentiment from the Joy Stamp Set onto black cardstock and then cut up the sentiment in order to layer it vertically.

After adhering all of the vellum and sentiment pieces, I added some Nuvo Crystal Drops for a bit of dimension and called it a day!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you pull out your wreath builder and get to making some patterned background with your smaller stamps!
