You Did It! Graduation Card
Hello, Gemma here today to share a graduation card featuring the latest release from Pretty Pink Posh. The release includes stencils for the first time and they are fabulous!
I love stencils for several reasons – how easy they are to use, the possibility to get many different looks, the price point is low, and they are easy to store if you have limited craft space like me. I’ve used the Graduation Stencil for my card today. I inked onto dark blue cardstock with Faded Jeans distress oxide ink. I love the luminous quality of distress oxides on dark cardstock.
Next, I stamped some images from the Congrats Grad stamp set, plus the stack of books from previously released School Friends stamp set, and coloured them with copic markers. I die cut the Decorative Tag 2 from white card. I stamped a sentiment from the Congrats Grad stamp set at the top, then adhered it to the card with foam tape.
I then added my die cut images to the card, using liquid glue for the books and foam tape for the hat and scroll.
This card can be customized to fit the favorite colors of the recipient, or even their school colors. So many fun possibilities!
Awesome card!! Love the bright background with the grad caps stencil work! :) And the panel diecut with books is lovely! :)
Darling card and so colorful using the primary color palette. Soooooo creative and inspiring.
