Owl Holder Shaker

Hi friends! Sophie here and today I am thrilled to share a fun shaker card featuring new items from the August Halloween release. Pretty Pink Posh always does the BEST Halloween releases and this year is no exception. Let’s dive in! 

First I created the shaker panel for the background. I used one of the new Nested Arch dies to cut an arch silhouette out of a piece of white cardstock. I used the new Potion Pop shaker beads for the fill and backed the shaker with a piece of purple cardstock. 

For the sweet Owl Holder I used some inks to distress the edges so that he looked more dynamic. I adorned him with a hat that is actually from the older set Halloween Holder Additions dies. I love that PPP always expands on their sets to make them so versatile. It’s great to mix and match old sets with new sets! The broom that the cutie little owl is holding is also from that additions die set. 

The branch is actually a tree from the new Spooky Forest die set that I turned on it’s side. And finally, the sentiment is from the new Boo Greetings sentiment set which I know is going to be one of my most used sets this Halloween!
