Sneak Peek: Snowflakes + Winter Greetings

Hi folks, Kavya from @handmadebykavya here with another fun sneak peek of this month’s holiday release. This release is filled with a bunch of holiday essentials that are perfect for creating quick holiday cards. I have two such cards for you today.

My first card uses the new Snowflakes stamp and coordinating die set. I stamped a bunch of snowflakes using blue dye ink and colored them with pastel shades of blue and purple.

I ink blended blue cardstock with shades of blue and purple as well. Die cut a large shadow Joy and adhered all the snowflakes around the sentiment. I then finished the card with a bunch of paint splatters and a smaller heat embossed sentiments from the snowflakes stamp set.

My next card is inspired by vintage baubles and uses the new Winter Greetings and Holiday Ornaments stamp sets. I started off by ink blending the edge of the pattern paper with maroon dye ink.

Then, I colored a bunch of baubles using black, green and yellow ochre shades. I adhered the baubles on the red pattern paper with foam tape and used tiny strips of paper for the strings.  Heat embossed a sentiment from Winter Greetings and I was done!
