Halloween Theme Week: Day 3
Hi friends! Hope you are enjoying Halloween Theme Week! It’s Stefanie here today and I’m sharing a pair of cards I created using the Halloween Signs stamp set, the Layered Argyle Stencils, and some cute hearts from the Ghostly Friends Clay Confetti.
**All items in the Halloween Section are 15% off during theme week!
To create the cards, I started by stamping the images out from the recently released Halloween Signs stamp set and coloring them with a mix of Copics(C) and Ohuhus. I also added a cute little ghost from the Halloween Envelopes stamp set.
Pumpkins: Y3, Y4, YR240
Bat: W5(C), W3(C)
Ghosts: W1(C), W00(C)
Browns: E44-E40(C)
Next I used the Halloween Signs Coordinating Dies and the Halloween Envelopes Coordinating Dies to cut out the images.
I knew I wanted to create clean and simple cards, but I wanted to add a little extra touch as well so I decided to trim down my card front on both sides and add a little sliver of coordinating background. I created the background using the Layered Argyle Stencils and distress oxides in Bundled Sage, Antique Linen, and Black Soot.
The card front that I trimmed down was adhered directly onto the stenciled background and the images were adhered on top using foam tape for dimension.
For final touches, I added a couple hearts to each card using the Ghostly Friends Clay Confetti.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you like my cards!
Super cute. If I did Halloween cards these would be sets would be mine. The cards are delightful.
Being a clean & simple design girl, I adore these cards!
Love love 🤩 CAS cards are my favorite these days 😍
