Easter Theme Week- Day 5

 

I started with an A2 size piece of white cardstock and used one of the dies from the Decorative Eggs die set to create egg shaped openings for my bunnies to hang out in. I ran it through my die cutting machine 3 separate times but you could easily use 3 of the dies at the same time to achieve this as your just using the negative area.

I then used this panel as a guide on a white card base to figure out where to put my color. I laid it on top and made light pencil marks to give me a rough idea where to ink blend my colors so it would be behind my eggs. I then adhered this panel on top.

 

I stamped my sweet little bunnies and smaller images on separate white card stock, colored in using Copic markers and cut out using the coordinating dies, and adhered them over my colorful eggs.

For my sentiment, I wanted something a little bit colorful so I decided to cut off  the easter sentiment from the Easter Egg Shaker die that I die cut from water color paper and used Zig real brush markers to lay a bunch of colors down and then used my water brush to blend the colors in a bit better.

To finish my card off I added some Pink Blush, Pansy Purple and Spring Green Jewels!
