Pastel Seashell Shaker

Welcome Pretty Pink Posh friends, Annette Allen here with you today and I am so excited to be guest designing for the June release. I hope you are ready for all the summer fun this release  has to offer. It is time to shake it up with a fun seashell shaker card, so let’s get started. 

Create card from white cardstock A2 size. 

On a white A2 panel stencil the new Layered Seashells stencil using your favorite Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple ink pads. Don’t be afraid of layering the colors as it will give those seashells a fun color blend.  

Adhere your stenciled background to your card using liquid glue or a tape runner.  

Die cut the Seashell Shaker die on teal cardstock. I used a shimmer teal cardstock. The back of the shaker on white cardstock and for the window instead of clear acetate, let’s use vellum.  

Adhere all your elements to create the shaker and fill it with the new Underwater Mix.  

Now that we have a shaker let’s adhere it to the lower part of the card at an angle using liquid  glue. 

Stamp the sentiment You Are Spe-shell from the new Seashells stamp set on white cardstock, using black ink and then die cut using the coordinating Seashells dies. Die cut the coordinating die two more times on white cardstock and adhere it to the stamped die cut sentiment. This give the sentiment a little dimension. Adhere the sentiment to the Seashell shaker using foam  tape.  

Stamp the sentiment Enjoy Your Day from the new Sentiment Strips Summer stamp set on  white cardstock using black ink. Die cut the sentiment out using the Sentiment Strips dies and adhere the sentiment to the seashell shaker using foam tape.
