Good Vibes Shaker
Happy Summer, Crafty Friends! Jill here to share a bit of summertastic fun today!
I’m excited to share a bucket that is definitely more than half full. I had so much fun making this card with the recently released Sand Bucket Shaker. The only problem I had was choosing which shaker bits I wanted to use.

I started by die cutting the Sand Bucket from cardstock and adhering the acetate for the shaker. I stamped the little star from the Beach Fun set, tone on tone, to jazz up the bucket a bit. This little shovel is the cutest! As mentioned, the hardest part was selecting which shaker bits to use. In the end, I decided to go with both the Beach Town Mix and the Summer Fun Shaker Beads. After all, they go swimmingly together!
For the background of this card, I used the Wave Edges stencil. I decided to go ahead and use all the different waves. After I had completed blending all the waves, I used the reverse of the stencil and blended in the sand. I added a little bit of splatter for texture and then adhered my Sand Bucket Shaker down.

The Good Vibes Shadow die set is perfect for this card. I die cut each word a couple times and glued them together to give the words some thickness. Once they were set and dry, I blended on a very light layer of teal ink, just to the bottom of the words. I wanted to make sure they were mostly white, so they would visually pop from the colorful background pieces.

Voila–Card complete! It would also be fun to consider adding a few of the pieces from the Stitched Seashells set, but in the end, I decided I definitely liked the simpler look.
I don’t know about you, but I could definitely head straight to the beach with a sandbucket right now!
Thanks for spending a few minutes with me here today and Happy Summer Crafting to you! Enjoy the season!
