Cozy Warm Wishes
Hi friends Debbie here with an adorable shaker card using the Mitten Shaker Die. I just can’t believe this is my first time using it!
So I started off with my background panel using the Layered Winter Hats Stencil. With a standard panel on a grip mat, I did just a pink and red inks for a color combination to keep it simple. Once the ink blending is done, trim the panel down to 4 X 5.25 inches.
Then I took a red cardstock panel and ran it through a cutting machine with Pierced Snowflakes Plate. This will be for a mat and to close the well filled with Christmas Cookie Shaker Beads later.
With the Winter Hat panel place the Mitten Shaker die on top and run through your cutting machine. On the back of the panel attach with double sided adhesive tape a piece of acetate to completely the Mitten window. Next die cut the Mitten Shaker Die out of red and white card stock. Trim off the base of the white one and adhere to the red one. Attach it to the top of the panel over the acetate. Next place the panel in the Misti and stamp on the sentiment with Staźon White ink from Winter Greetings Stamp set.
On the back side add foam tape all the way around the window and fill it with the Christmas Cookie Shaker Beads. Next add the Pierced Snowflake panel over it to seal it up. To finish it up I added a small pink bow from the Beautiful Bows Dies and in the center of it I attached on Marshmallow Pearl.
Thanks for stopping by and stay crafty my friends!
