Pastel Birthday Shaker
Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am back with a fun shaker card to share with you all.
I started my card by making my card panel with the Layered Balloons stencil set. This is a three pack of stencils that layer together to create a fun background. Next, I created my frame with the Scallop Frame die. I attached a piece of vellum behind the frame to soften the background and added Shaker Strips around the edges to create depth for the shaker. I filled the shaker with a mixture of Mint, Strawberry and Purple Shimmer Confetti.
Once my shaker was assembled I set it aside and began working on my birthday images. I used the Party Balloons, Party Hats, and Birthday Candles die sets for the images. I die cut the pieces from white cardstock and ink blended each individual piece with dye ink. I used liquid glue to assemble the images and added a few white paint splatters for a little added detail. I then used the Sentiment Strips: Birthday stamp set and Sentiment Strips die set for my sentiment. Lastly, I attached everything to the top of my shaker with foam adhesive to finish my card.
Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I will be back soon to share another project with you all.
Enjoy your day, Dana
