Miss You Tons

Hello, Gemma here. My card today features the fun Construction Trucks stamp set.

These images look great with a stripy yellow and black background. It’s easy to create these using the Stitched Strips die set (or the Simple Strips die set). I adhered them in a diagonal pattern on a panel of thin paper.

Copic Colours: Construction trucks: Y13, 15, 17; C1-5; N5-7; B000-00 Cone: BG000, YR04 YR16 YR18 Spade: C1-5, YR27 Dirt: E43-47

Next, I used the Stitched Banner Duo 1 die to cut the stripy panel out. This die also cuts a square in the centre, which is a great space for an image.

On an A2 card base, I stamped a sentiment and lots of the small images from the Construction Trucks stamp set. I left these background images uncoloured.

I also stamped out one of the Construction Trucks, colouring with copic markers and die cutting with the coordinating die.

I adhered the stripy banner to the card base with liquid glue, then the construction truck with foam tape to finish.
