Valentine Theme Week- Day 4

Hi Friends! It is Dana here today and I am so excited to be sharing some inspiration for Valentine Theme Week. I love creating for Valentine’s Day and Pretty Pink Posh makes some of my favorite products. All the products in the Valentine Section are 15% off this week so it is the perfect time to buy a few new supplies! 

I have two cards to share with you all, I mixed one of my favorite stamp sets from last year along with a favorite from the latest release. I love how these two sets work so well together. Let’s get started, shall we?

I started my first card by stamping the Large Floral Heart wreath in VersaFine Clair black ink and heat setting it with clear embossing powder. I then used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens to watercolor the flowers. (No. 025 PInk, No. 022 Carmine Red, No. 070 Orange and No. 047 May Green) Next, I used the Large Floral Hearts Coordinating Dies to die cut the wreath. 

For my card design, I used the Scallop Border Die Set to die cut my decorative edge. I added this to a piece of orange patterned paper and attached it to my A2 card base. Next, I stamped my sentiment from the Large Floral Hearts Stamp Set onto a banner and added this to my card front along with my die cut wreath. Lastly, I added a few sequins from the Flamingo Pink Jewels Mix to my card front. 

My next card follows the same format as above, though this time I used the Floral Hearts Stamp Set. I stamped the wreath twice, watercolored the wreaths and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. 

For this card layout, I used the straight Scallop Border Die. I die cut it from raspberry cardstock and attached it to my white card panel before attaching everything to my grass green patterned paper. I once again stamped my sentiment onto a banner and added a few jewels from the Flamingo Pink Jewel Mix to finish my card.
