Joy Angels + Video

Hi friends, Eloise here and today I have a simple Christmas Card to share with you all using the older Angel Friends stamp set along with the new Joy stamp set.

I started off with stamping out all my images from both Angel Friends and Joy and coloured them in with Copic Markers. I added white gel pen details to them all and cut them out using the Angel Friends coordinating dies and Joy coordinating dies.

Copic Markers Used: W00, W0, W1 / BG10, BG11, BG13, BG49 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / R12, R24, R27, R29 / YG01, YG03, YG23, YG17 / YR20, YR21, YR23, YR24 / B0000, B000 / R000, R00 / E000, E00, E21, E02 / 0

I took a piece of watercolour cardstock and ink blended some aqua Distress Inks onto the bottom portion fading up to white. I flicked on some water and dried it off with a heat tool. I then die cut them large ‘Joy’ from the coordinating die set at an angle across the panel. I added foam tape onto the back and adhered it onto a grey card base.

Distress Inks Used: Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Evergreen Bough

I then added foam tape and liquid adhesive onto the backs of the images and adhered them into place. I white heat embossed the ‘To The World’ sentiment onto a thin black strip of cardstock and adhered it down with foam tape at the same angle as the Joy Sentiment.

Lastly, I adhered some Celebration Confetti Mix around the card to finish off the look.
