Sneak Peek: Sparkle Dot Patterns 2

Good morning friends! Heather here this morning with a peek at some of the newest goodies from Pretty Pink Posh! This new release is amazing – and if you are ready for Spring – it is PERFECT!

Today I’m featuring the exciting follow-up to the unique Sparkle Dot Patterns 1 stamp set from a previous release. That’s right! The new release includes Sparkle Dot Patterns 2! I’m also using SEVERAL of the new dies from the release, and some of the gloriously sparkly new Jewels!

There are several patterns in the Sparkle Dot Patterns 2 stamp set – but I noticed that the smaller egg shape was a PERFECT fit for the Decorative Egg Dies! I stamped it in a soft colored ink on my die cut solid egg, then filled it in with Pink Blush, Spring Green, Pansy Purple, and Lemon Drop Jewels. One little Sea Glass Jewel snuck on there as well by accident – can you spot it? I added the scallop edge tucked behind and adhered with a bit of foam adhesive for more dimension.

Next I created a background using the new Stacked Edges 2 Dies and some soft watercolor pattern paper from a 6×6 MFT paper pad. I layered them on a panel of white cardstock, and added a white frame with the ever classic Scallop Frames Die. I then die cut Happy Easter Script Die – also a new die – from white glitter cardstock, as well as white cardstock, and layered them together for a bit of extra dimension. I adhered those onto my pattern, wrapped some twine around the bottom of the card, and added my sparkly egg underneath!

The Sparkle Dot Patterns 2 – like the first one – are so fun and versatile! You can use these new jewels, but also sequins, Nuvo Drops, or whatever your imagination can think of!
