Simple Candy Treat Tent

I love spreading a little cheer around the holidays!  It doesn’t matter the season or the occasion, I know everyone loves a little surprise, and some chocolate always makes you feel a little better.
Today I’m sharing how to make some simple treat wraps.  I inserted four foil wrapped chocolates in a cello bag that’s 3.25 x 4.25”.  You want a small treat that’s not too thick.

The friend in the bunny costume, along with the eggs, comes from the Easter Friends set. The fun sign in the background is from the Camping Friends set.

I cut two of the Stitched Duo 3 Tags (the Stitched Duo 2 works really well for this also).   Next I scored a line across the bottom at 3/8”.   If your treat is a little thicker you can adjust this measurement to make the bottom a little wider.

Attach the two dies together with strong tape to create a U shaped base to hold your treats. While holding the two ends together punch a hole to keep things together.   You can insert a candy pack with some double sided tape.  Now for the fun part… decorating!

Decorating is fun and easy using products from Pretty Pink Posh.  The stitched design throughout the collection coordinates the dies so they go together seamlessly.  I used the scallop oval from the Decorative Tag One to frame my sentiment from the Everyday Greetings Stamp Set.
