One Layer Thank You Cards

Good morning! Heather here to share a tutorial for a couple one layer cards I put together by combining different ink colors with the lovely Blissful Butterflies stamp set!

This is one of my go to stamp sets – the butterflies are just beautiful, and there is so much you can do with this stamp set! I first used a strip of Post-it tape to mask off a strip of the card front to place my sentiment – this way I could stamp freely and still have a focal point to place my sentiment.

I chose two color combos for my cards – both inspired from Pinterest. I used THIS inspiration for my first color combo that is more bright tones, and THIS color combo for the second one in slightly more muted colors.

I stamped the butterflies in a random pattern with my selected ink colors, then peeled off the masking tape, and added a sentiment from the newly released Everyday Greetings  – seriously this set has the perfect sentiment for any card, and I love the font!

I finished off by adding some sparkly Stickles to accent the butterflies, and glued a few sizes of Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix next to the sentiment on each side.

I don’t think you can have too many thank you cards – and these came together so quickly and would be super easy to recreate in any color combination you could imagine. Monochromatic would even be fun!

And the Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix and Stickles add just the right amount of sparkle, while still leaving these cards nice and flat and perfect for mailing as well!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!
