Sneak Peek, Update & More!

Hello, sweet friends!

I had hoped to have this post go live yesterday, but this week has been rough on me health wise. On the outside, for those who don’t know me, life may look like rainbows and butterflies for me, but that’s far from the truth. Many of you know that I have been dealing with ongoing health issues since my car accident 21 months ago and recently I’ve hit another rough patch.(The latest health update is HERE) It’s been frustrating, to say the least. I’m going to try eliminating foods again and we’ll see if that helps. Thank you to those who have emailed and sent well wishes in the form of cards and gift cards in the mail or even Paypal donations. It truly means a lot to me.

Okay, enough of those things…. let’s get to today’s card and a sneak peek! This card is one many of you will recognize- I featured it in my April 2014 Craft Favorites video.

Pretty Pink Posh I Spring Birds

Lately I have been on this kick of creating “mini scenes” on my cards and these little “windows” are perfect for doing just that. You could do it comic book style and have each square be individual pictures, or you can have the scene go landscape style. Both ways are SUPER cute and you can be sure I’m making lots more cards in this style.

For those who have purchased the 4mm sequins, I hope that you’ve been enjoying them as much as I have been! I LOVE this smaller size and it works well with the 6mm sequins. If you’ve been wanting to order some and you shop at Ellen Hutson, I’m happy to announce that ALL of them are now available there!

  2. Paulina, this blog post is a mixed bag of emotions. On the one hand, I’m sure I’m not alone in feeling excited about new things coming to the Pretty Pink Posh store but I’m so sorry to hear that your health has been failing you lately. I work as an M.A. in an internists office and I see daily how one’s health can effect their demeanor and disposition. You have every right to feel angry and upset because your livelihood is being robbed of you and you don’t know why. I hope your latest round of tests can offer some answers and your doctor/doctors are able to offer some relief for you. You are in my thoughts!
