Halloween Candy Corn Basket

Hello!
I have to say, I’m excited I’m finally getting around to posting this card. I created it a couple weeks ago, but it got lost in the massive amount of cards/ projects I’ve been creating recently. So many cards, so little time!
Recently, I saw a lot of the Candy Corn being sold while I was processing orders and I suddenly felt the urge to use it again. After trying to think of a creative way to use this little stamp, I thought it would be perfect with the Medium Spring Basket. I am SO thrilled with how it turned out!

I couldn’t resist pulling out my Sew Easy supplies again {click here for my guide}. I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I am in love with sewing on my cards. It’s massively time consuming, but so therapeutic! I’ll have a card using the new roller I bought coming up soon….

If you want a chance to enter one of four $25 gift certificates, don’t forget about the Birthday Blog Giveaways I’m hosting. There’s only a little bit of time to enter….hurry and get your entries in!
Have you started making your Halloween cards yet? If so, what sorts of stamps did you use?  I’ll be back here on Sunday for the DeNami Halloween Blog Hop– it will be full of lots of inspiration! Hope to see you then!

  1. Ohh my, it’s just as adorable as I was thinking it was going to be!! What a cutie!! :) Love how the 2 little candy corns “spilled out” and are hiding at the bottom…adorable!

  2. I love these baskets! The possibilities are endless on what you can put in them! Love this card too!

  3. Sew cute! I know, I’m hilarious :P I feel the same way about sewing on my projects. Takes forever but I love it! One year I stamped the Turkey from a Lawn Fawn set and sewed the entire image. That was a bit much!
