Classic Christmas
Hey girlies! Here I am writing from Vegas again. This weekend has been full of interesting things, to say the least. Today is the last day of the show, and then we are going to be tearing down the booth. If you come and visit today, be sure to say hello and that you read my blog!
Today I originally planned to show you the submission I did for the Embellish Magazine publication call…however, I think I read “the call” wrong! I used blue, but not turquoise or light blue! I’m so mad at myself now…all the time of typing out instructions and the supply list, and also putting the card together. I guess that will teach me to READ the instructions carefully next time. I was super excited to show you all since this was my very first submission. I will show you the card….eventually. :)
I can’t wait to show you the pictures from Vegas- I got a lot of good ones. I’m gonna forwarn you, there will be a few posts of pictures- too many for one post! In closing, I have a question for you. Have you been to Vegas? If so, what was your favorite part? If you haven’t been to Vegas, would you ever want to?

I love this card and the paper and the layout! PERFECT!!! And I bet you the card you did for Embellish was great and you are just being hard on yourself! Submit it! You never know…
I love how you used the PTI stamps here. I used mine for the first time last weekend -they’re were the last cards posted on my blog in a long time -i had lost mojo for months :(
Re: Vegas…yes, and favorite part? The drinks! LOL Seriously – it was hot and we were there for the Stampin Up convention. When it was over my hubby and I did the strip and stopped for a drink at most every place along the way: taste-testing lemon drops at every casino! Would NOT do it again though – at least not in July when it’s 118 degrees…blech! Normally I don’t drink!
so i really really like this card. the glitter is fab, and the ribbon is so cool like that. love it how it lays flat even with a “ruffle…” never been to vegas, and the only reason i think i’d like to go is to say “i went,” and to get some cheap food/ drinks–definitely NOT for the slots

Love the card! The colors are fabulous and I love the ribbon! I have been to Vegas – my husband has family that live there. My favorite thing to do – hiking at Red Rock Canyon.
