Embossing with Die Cuts

Hi friends, it’s Carly here. Do you ever use your cutting dies for embossing? It’s such a fun & easy way to stretch your supplies and create beautiful texture on your handmade cards!

Here are my top tips for success:

• first & perhaps most importantly, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your specific die cutting machine
• use low-tack tape to make a placement guide on your platform
• mist cardstock to help prevent cracking
