Patriotic Popsicles

Hi friends! Sophie here. I am thrilled to be back on the blog today sharing a fun, summer-inspired card featuring the new June release. Let’s dive in!

For this card I wanted to show how you can use little images from larger sets to create a fun, simple card. I was inspired by the traditional “bomb popsicles” with their iconic red, white, and blue color scheme to make a little collection of popsicles! This popsicle comes from the Summer Bucket Additions die set – this set is FILLED to the brim with images that can be used well-beyond just with the fun treat bucket dies they were designed for. 

For the background I am using the new Sunburst Pierced Plate – this is easily one of my favorite cover plates of all time! I love the subtle texture and how it brings the eye in to the center of the card where I placed my sentiment. This sentiment comes from the Summer Banner greetings set, the banner die is from Banner Greetings 3 dies. I love the pinked edge of this banner!

To finish off the card I sprinkled a few Sparkling Clear confetti as a last touch.
