Elegant Floral Christmas
Hello friends!
Today I have a pretty long post….but most of it’s pictures! :) A few weeks back I felt like creating some Christmas items, so I spent a full night creating cards and decorating a gift bag. Let me tell you, I had SOOO much fun working with these colors (and stamps!).
Here’s a closer view of the gift bag. I did some of my ribbon pleating (click here for tutorial) and then added Red Rhinestones on top of the ribbon. Who can resist bling AND ruffles?!
This picture highlights on variation of the card. Did you see the glitter I added to the plaid? I’ve done this on previous cards and just LOOOOOVE the look! Adds so sparkle and makes the card just a little bit more festive. ;)
Here’s the other variation of the card. I can’t decide which one I like better- which do you prefer? This one has the Three Line Border in black and is matted with some Lime cardstock.
Here are a few snapshot of the gift bag up close. You can see the rhinestones better here. Oh yes, before I forget, I did my “fancy bow” technique for the ribbons at the top of the bag. (Click here for the tutorial.)

Just beautiful! I love the glitter on the middle line, so pretty! The Three Line Border Stamp became one of my favorites at the expo last weekend after seeing it on the display board. The aqua and chocolate card is beautiful! You really did a fabulous job with the display boards!
