Quick Seed Bead Shaker + Video
Hello crafters, this is Julia taking over the Pretty Pink Posh blog today! I want to show you how you can, quickly and easily, create a shaker card with the brand new, limited edition Autumn Seed Bead bundle that just released!
As with every shaker card, you’ll need to adhere a piece of acetate to the back of your panel and then add foam (dimensional) adhesive around the openings, making sure to not leave any gaps where the shaker elements could escape from. Then add the shaker elements, here the seed beads. I think they are perfect – they are tiny which allows me to add a lot of them even in small spaces and still be able to shake ‘em!
Once you adhere your panel on top, your shaker is done! You can stop here, and just leave it as is, but I wanted to add some very subtle dimension and detail and so I added a few more die-cut shapes of leaves and pumpkins. I used the same card stock that my panel was made from so the color would match exactly.
Great shaker card, love it!
This is lovely! I’ve never thought about using seed beads. Creative Blessings, Tracy x

Hi Paulina & Julia ~ Such a beautiful card with stunning fall colors of seed beads. The white on white gives the card an elegant and polished finish. Thank you both for continuing to inspire our wonderful world of papercrafters. ~HUGS~
