Mimi & Friends

Hello there!
Here I am writing this at 6 something….on a Saturday morning! Not exactly what I had wanted, but for some reason, sleep is evading me. :(
Today’s card features the adorable Mimi’s Pajama Party stamp. I think this design is so fun, and it reminds me of me and my “adopted” sisters.  We always stay up late talking into the wee hours of the night- we usually look like this too! (Minus the teddy bear)

I usually do pinks and purples when I color in Mimi, but I wanted to change it up. I decided to go with greens, blues and red. What do you think? It took me a while to get used to the combo, but now I really like it!
This card only features TWO designs: Mimi’s Pajama Party and the Medium Polka Dots (must have). Speaking of polka dots….Simon Says Stamp has a polka dot challenge right now! Yup, you KNOW I’m entering this card. :)
Thanks for visiting me today! Hope YOU have a great Saturday!

Other: Red grosgrain, EK Success border punch, Spellbinder die, twine, Copics

  1. I use red and green together a lot, love that combo. The addition of blue is like putting on your favoirte jeans….they go with everything. Love the card!

  2. What a great card, I love the red and white twine you’ve used! :) The Design Team are really pleased that you joined us for the Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge this week – Thank you!

  3. I think this color combo works so perfectly with Mimi’s Pajama Party! Of course, I think YOU could probably take ANY color combo and make it look FANTASTIC!!! And I’m also thinking I need to add the medium polka dots stamp to my list for my next DeNami order!! Thank you very much, Miss Enabler!

  4. Super fun color combo for sure! No PINK?? I bet that was hard on you. I do the same thing when I color them though, so I feel you.
