Gingerbread Notepad

Oooohhhhh, I’m so sorry for not posting this sooner! I intended to post it on Monday but got busy. Then I was going to post it yesterday but started making more things for my craft fair. I’m writing a quick post before I get ready for work…you don’t mind, do you?

How has your week been so far? I have been crazy busy at work {people getting ready for Christmas}, and also working my behind off for my craft fair. I just got the paperwork so now I’m REALLY REALLY excited. If you’re in the Seattle area and are interested in going, let me know! I’ll send you the details!

Most of you know that I watch movies/ tv show while I’m making cards. Since I’m already a slow crafter this probably doesn’t help! Oh well. Since I’m alone in the studio, it’s nice to have something to watch and also catch up on some shows! I recently discovered The Mentalist- such a good show! I’m such a junkie for crime shows! Since this show only has one season so far, I’m going to need another show soon. Any recommendations?

Well, I need to scoot. Gotta get ready for work and pack my gym bag for my session tonight. Oh, did I tell you? I have lost 4 pounds so far! Only 16 pounds left….

  1. Hey there!!! I recently got a tv in my scraproom woohoo and I hooked up a dvd player and I’m thinking about getting a cable box in there too so I can get channels above 80. But if i do that i dont think i will ever leave my room….might as well get a couch in there. Anyway i love ugly betty, greys anatomy, flash forward, 30 rock, private practice, how i met your mother, gossip girl and glee. thats broadcast channels only. but on cable i love everything on Bravo!!! The Hills and The City. Yikes. I watch more and I can’t live without my DVR otherwise i’ll miss all these shows. I’m planning to buy the full dvd set for friends, dawsons creek and felicity so i can watch this in my room.

    hahaha anyway that was a lot. not sure if we have the same taste in shows as much as we have the sames taste in bags. Hope this helps

    I’m loving your little notepad creations! Super cute! I wish I lived in the Seattle area so I could visit your craft fair. It sounds like you’ve been working so hard on making items to sell! Good Luck! Please keep those of us in blogland posted on how it goes!!

    I love crime shows too! The Mentalist IS a good one. I also like Law & Order, Without a Trace, and Criminal Minds. I don’t catch them very often, but they are always good shows when I do have a chance to watch TV.

    Way to go on the 4 pounds too!! YOU GO GIRL!!! You’re taking such a healthy approach to this, too!! You should be really proud of yourself!!!

  5. I love this gingerbread man notepad!! So dang cute! I love watching tv while crafting but I don’t have tv in my craft room. When I’m alone in the house, I will move some of my craft supplies and start creating in the living room while enjoying my tv show :)
