Overwhelmed

Hello and welcome!

If you read my blog title today, you can get a tiny glimpse as to how I’m feeling right now. I am making huge progress, but there is still so much more to be done. Last night, for the first time in quite a while, I created a card just for fun. I needed a break of “must do” cards and had fun with this one. I went to one of my favorite color combos- kraft, dark chocolate, aqua mist and ripe avocado. Super yummy!

Did you noticed the new Spellbinder die I used on the card? That’s one of the FOUR that I got two weeks ago. Yup, I couldn’t resist and splurged on some that I had been eyeing for quite some time. You’ll be seeing them in cards coming up. :)

Do you have any fun plans for Memorial Day weekend? Today we are going to brunch with the family- yay for breakfast foods! Not a whole lot of other things going on….just lots more card creating. Amazingly enough, even after the massive amount of cards I’ve been creating, it’s still enjoyable. Probably helps that I’ve been watching some tv series while creating. :)

  2. Love the background you created on this one with the dots and flourishes, so pretty! I love my Spellbinders and splurge way too often, don’t have this one yet though.

    Sorry to hear you’re overwhelmed. :( I hate that feeling. But hopefully all of the stress will pass soon. I can only imagine how hectic it must be.
    Your card came out very pretty! So you definitely haven’t lost your touch! :)
