April Giveaway!

Hello, sweet blog followers!

It’s been quite a while since I’ve done a giveaway on THIS blog. (Note: I have another giveaway happening on my fitness blog here. I’m giving away a $25 Visa card!)
After tweeting yesterday that I was playing with sixty pounds of buttons (oh how I LOVE my job sometimes), I got a ton of replies from my Twitter friends. A few of them had been eyeing some DeNami buttons, so I thought it’d be a great time to give away some on the blog! After all, the hardest thing for me is to decide what to give away. Thanks to Lisa and Libby (and a few others), I didn’t have to even think this time! :)

  11. I love to use buttons! I’ve used them on cards in various ways and I have used them to embellish some knitting/felted bags. I should take some pictures of those projects :)

    I love buttons to pieces, mostly I love to sort them by color and size, its very therapudic. lol but I also use tons on my cards, as flower centers and as “bling” on almost very card I make. Its never complete without a button!

  49. Buttons are so fun! They are sweet & whimsical & can be used in so many ways. I think my favorite is to use them in the center of fabric flowers on birthday cards. Every time I give a card with a button-centered flower, the recipient is all smiles & just loves it :)

  52. I LOVE buttons. I use really big ones on my tic tac toe games. I use smaller ones to embellish clippies or wall hangings. I use teeny tiny ones for eyes on animal embellies. Love love love buttons!

  76. I like using them for flower centers and just to jazz up a card. Something else I do is make a ring using the buttons since I also make jewelry. They really like getting the card and having a matching ring.

  77. I use buttons in the center of flowers, or if I want to add a little something, but don’t want too much glam and bling going on.

    And as for using buttons, we did a thread on this on a forum and the ideas were awesome! One I loved was using them to fill in a colour on something like a cloud or sun. So fun.
