April Random Loves
Oh goodness, this week has been so rough. I debated on whether I wanted to do a post about everything that’s been going on, but I decided to refrain and keep with my scheduled Random Loves post. However, I will let you all know that I had to go to urgent care and my health hasn’t been doing very well lately. I’ve been a little slower in responding to emails, comments and may not be able to schedule as many posts in advance as usual, but I’m going to try my best to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Just a little heads up.
If you have followed my blog for some time, you know that each month I host a Random Loves feature. I always enjoy getting to share what I’ve been using and the new products I’m eying. It’s been so much fun to see YOUR lists over these months and check out the items you are listing. I’ve been introduced to many new things thanks to your suggestions!
Let’s get started on this month’s feature….
plate can be found here
You all know I’m a huge fan of the items in the Re.Served Etsy shop. Each month it seems like Victoria comes out with even cuter items {which I’m not sure is even possible} and this new plate is one of my absolute favorites. It highlights a few of the iconic Seattle locations and who could resist those adorable colors?!
sequins can be found here
Can you believe that I haven’t spotlighted sequins in a Random Loves feature yet? There really aren’t any words to describe how happy these small sparkly embellishments make me. I will admit that I have pulled out all of my sequin packets and spent hours playing with the color combos and different ideas on multiple occasions. Speaking of which, there just might be another sequin card coming to the blog later this week. *wink*
paper pack can be found here
I try hard not to feature more than one craft product in a feature, but I couldn’t resist on this one. I am IN LOVE with this Echo Park Dots & Stripes paper pack. I ordered this one a few weeks back and have been carefully rationing out the sheets. The colors in this pack are divine and definitely can be used outside of baby cards.
I fell in love with this nail polish color the moment I saw it online. The sad thing? Every store that I have gone to has sold out of this color! It’s such a pretty shade of aqua/ seafoam green and all of the photos I have seen on Pinterest with people wearing it has made me in desperate need of owning this color. Hoping I can somehow track one down before it’s out of season!
What are a few of YOUR random loves at the moment? It can be drinks, shows, clothing, movies, etc…. whatever products you’re loving, or have on your wish list, I’d love to read about them!
I’ll see you all tomorrow for the 10 Minute Craft Dash #16 Highlights and info on how you can get an exclusive peek at the upcoming challenge!
So sorry to hear you haven’t been feeling well — and that your week has been so rough… Hoping things turn around quickly for you! :) {btw… i have that color nail polish and you’re right — it’s pretty darn fab! Although I have to say, it’s cuter on my niece (she’s naturally tan!) than on me (I’m not!)…. I found it here: http://www.thebeautyclutch.com/esmicaapc.html?gclid=CP2XlPiO8LYCFUJx4Aod8yEAgQ }
Get to feeling better! :)
Well Miss Paulina I certainly hope everything is okay and your get well SOON! My goodness you’ve sure been through the ringer. This plate is just too cute for words and the colors are pretty sweet.
I was so happy to meet your mom at the convention Saturday! What a sweetheart she is. We had a nice chat and I introduced her to my SIL as well. Speaking of my SIL, she gave my a bag FULL of colorful sequins that very day! She’s had them for years from other crafting adventures and was thrilled to see they had made there way into cardmaking!!
I’m sorry to hear you aren’t feeling very good, Paulina! You are in my thoughts & prayers…hope things start looking up soon!
LOVE your favorites…that skyline plate is SO awesome! And I am LOVING sequins as well right now too!
Things I love right now…
~Oula- a dance fitness company that was created here in Missoula. Best. Workout. Ever. Makes me feel strong, beautiful & graceful…and makes me look good too! :)
~LOVE that my new espresso machine was on my doorstep last week, after our other one quit working right.
~Love that we had warmer weather this weekend, and even though it went back to being cold for a couple days…nice weather will be here again by the end of the week!
Sending hugs and prayers your way. I’m so sorry you’ve had a rough week. You’re so sweet to try to keep up with posts/correspondance, but I think you should just relax and take care of yourself! (P.S. I love your “favorites” posts, and I’d love to get my hands on that nail polish, too! It’s the perfect color!)
love these. and just want to say that love your recent new features including blogging 101.
My random love is YOU, Paulina. You are amazing. You were beyond sweet before this past week. But you continue to be even when your health doesn’t cooperate. Thank you for the feature. I’m never quite sure why you’ve chosen to like my stuff so much. I’m always honored and deeply grateful. And whenever there’s a new feature or posting or comment from you, I wonder why this sweet, gorgeous girl with creativity PLUS has decided to shine her light on me. Thank you thank you. Please go rest. Put the notebook away. Turn your phone off. Know that we will all be here in a few weeks waiting for you patiently. We follow you and support you because we like YOU – not just your blog or your ideas. So we will wait for you while you heal. But you need to heal. Go. Rest. Deut 33:27 Love you.
My random loves this month are the new Glitz 6×6 paper pads and I’m eyeing up some of the new Papertrey Ink stamps/dies release.
