Thankful Thursday: November 8th

Hello!

Oh my, how is it already Thursday again? Has the week flown by for anyone else? I was looking at my blog calendar and got so sidetracked by the upcoming weeks I *almost* forgot today’s post! I tell you, the accident has ruined my memory!

Here is my list for this week:

  • Acupuncture- it has helped deal with the pain a little bit. Every little bit counts!
  • The ability to work from home occasionally. When I’m not feeling physically up for work, I’m really grateful for this option.
  • Homemade dinner. There’s nothing quite like home cooking!
  • A new book that was recommended by my friend- I’ll give you all the scoop when I’m finished with it. :)
  • Friends that stop and surprise me when I’m not feeling good. You know you have amazing friends when they drive an hour to see you AND bring you coffee!
  • The opportunities I’ve received from this blog. So blessed.
Since you’re reading this, that means you made it through another week. Now it’s your turn…… What are YOU thankful for this week?
I’ll see you all tomorrow, blog friends! Hope you have a fabulous day!

  1. I am thankful that I was able to work from home, too! With my dad passing, it was very difficult to think of coming into the office. I’m back at work now, but they still are very understanding that I maybe need to work from home on tough days.

  2. I’m thankful to have power back after 9 days of Hurricane Sandy outage. Some of my friends are still waiting for power. Please visit my blog for details and photos of how the Lord protected us!

    1. Doris, this is DEFINITELY something to be grateful for! I’ll be visiting your blog a little later to see the details and pictures. Thank you for sharing- rejoicing with you in this Thankful Thursday!

  3. I am thankful for the help of my boys and husband after I fell this last weekend working in my parents yard and broke my right arm. I am thankful for the use of my left hand no matter how clumsy it is.

    1. Lisa, oh my goodness, I am so sorry to hear this! I hope your arm heals quickly! So glad that you have some helpers around you. :)

  4. I am thankful for my husband and son, for migraine meds, a flexible work schedule and the many talented people who share their creativity on blogs/pinterest etc.
