10 Minute Craft Dash #5
Good morning!
I hope you all are ready for a new 10 Minute Craft Dash challenge! I’m excited for this one since I was able to play with some beautiful handmade embellishments created by our sponsor. I know you may think that these colors are “Summery”, but with the gloomy Autumn days here, a little burst of color is always welcome– especially in blog land. :)
Recently, I’ve heard and seen that some may be having a bit of trouble with the challenge. I have created a Tips & Tricks page {at the top of my blog}, which includes some things that help me when creating under a time constraint. As more tips come to mind, I’ll add them to the page- also, I’m planning on including some pictures there as well.
Okay, now back to this challenge…. here is what I created with the color palette. Quick & simple, but I just LOVE how it turned out.
Time it took to create: 5 minutes 48 seconds
I know you all are dying to see Ginny’s creation…. just look at the peek, it’s GORGEOUS! Be sure to visit her blog for the whole thing- it’s super cute!
Time it took to create: 9 minutes 48 seconds
I am so thrilled to have the team over at Creative Paper Trade join along in this challenge. These gals are so talented and I know they have some beauties to share!
Andrea is offering up a lovely prize of handmade embellishments from The Creative Paper Trade {just like the ones you see in Ginny’s card and mine}.
How to Play

Beautiful bold colors!!! Thanks, girls!
Paulina your card is darling and it only took less than 6 minutes ~ WOW! Thanks so much for including us in the Dash this week…an exciting crafting adventure!!!
5 min???? Crazy gorgeous!
Just delightful! Really only 5 min? I give up! I am sweating the two makes I have participated in. I sent you an email yesterday!
I’ll share mine, but I failed the challenge this week. Not sure if I linked it up correctly on instagram as I don’t use it too much but will link up after I post it on my blog. Great challenge this week!
Hope I’ll find time to play in the next day or two – my craft desk is a BOMBSITE as I just did a craft fair yesterday so getting ready for that means it still looks like a whirlwind blew through!!! When I’ve tidied up, I will look forward to playing with the lovely colours. And thanks for your tips – these are handy! I’ve not managed to break the 10min barrier yet so these might just be helpful! Rx
Got a tip to put my card up over here. After the fact, probably not your intention ;) But it was a quickie. Made one like it before and the biggest decision was what color to mount it on.
Love the card and this is such a fun challenge idea. I found you via Laurel Beard’s Blog!
Crazy…love your 10 minute challenge…I’ll be back
